Fourth Street Tap House

It smells so bad I left my beer. It looks really nice here but they are having pipes issues.

This place is perfect. Lots of beer choices and the people that come here are usually pretty chill. The owners are great and they always have random food vendors and events. You can even buy some canned beers to go. If you don't like beer, they also have some wine. Their annual beerfest type event is hands down the best bang for your buck.

Good beers on tab and local wines available. No food available. They used to have food trucks which were amazing, but stopped. Would be great if they brought those back.

Beer was excellent but we were kicked out starting at 8 with last call ?! Um they close at 9? No.. we were told to be out before 8:30. Girl with 2 dogs anxiously waiting to go home! Never going back! Poor service!

I I live a majority of the week in Monterey and work at a taphouse on the peninsula but I spend a couple of days a week down in Gonzales. And I need to have access to good craft beer while I'm in Gonzales. Bernadette at fourth Street taphouse has been so helpful giving me great suggestions or I've also met Rae Who has been helpful as well. Anytime I'm in town I'm coming to Fourth Street, Tap House

This place is such a wonderful venue and long overdue in South Monterey County, especially in our beautiful little town of Gonzales. The venue is clean, open with plenty of seating, great lighting and ambiance. There is an excellent selection of beers on tap and in the can. If you want to have some food, you can order in from any local places. Even better, I recommend following them on Instagram to see what sort of events they have going. They often have food vendors come in or special events like a painting, pumpkin carving, etc. Many moons ago, as a college kid visiting my parents, my friends and I always felt like we had to drive up to Salinas for a drink. Its nice to have a safe, welcoming place to have a beverage and hang out with friends. You'll enjoy your visit!

With a modern Western Industrial vibe , the 4th Street Tap House in Gonzales has a spacious yet welcoming design.

Owners Hector & Bernadette have opened up a badly needed spot in South County for an up scale venue to grab a beer or a glass of wine; did I mention 30 beers on tap ranging from Pilsners to Blondes to adjuncts to Stouts to robust IPA's?

Again, 30 beers on tap.

Fun place for drinks and games with friends. Great variety and good vibes overall. Would definitely recommend for any locals looking for a place to hang with friends!

Great atmosphere, def worth the drive from Salinas! There are tons of options of brew and flights and there was live music, good live music with diverse crowd, room for dancing, plenty of tables and food on site was from tacos Nina's (birria tacos) which was amaaazing. I would def dress warm- it gets cold, restrooms are clean, great ambience I will def be returning, friendly staff- also ask about mixing your beer!

LOVE this place. The ambience is great and the owners are super welcoming and fun. Their variety of beer is good. I was not a fan of IPA's but their fruity sour drinks are always soooo good.
