I've had my condo in Phoenix with Fort Lowell Realty for over a year now. I can't begin to express my confidence in this company and the outstanding manner in which Crissy has managed my home with renters. Prior to hiring them, I managed my own home for 5 years....it was the most stressful 5 years of my life with all the normal BS a landlord encounters with tenants including a lawsuit.

I believe the fees and costs of having FLR are completely valuable and worth every penny. My life is stress free now and THAT is priceless. I've even had one renter bail out 1/2 way through his lease and Crissy took care of absolutely everything and got it re-rented in less than a month! She's fabulous and I appreciate her service, quick response time, friendly attitude and that I only have ONE point of contact...just her!

If you're considering a property management company, I highly recommend them!

I am a realtor representing a client looking to rent. I called, texted, and emailed the person/contact to view the property my client was interested in listed on MLS. I reached out Saturday at 7am to this person, I did not hear back until Monday around 10am thru a text asking "if I was still interested". I replied, "yes". It is 130pm Monday and still no communication. I called the office looking for some help, the person that answered the phone was extremely rude. She basically said in a nutshell, "to bad, wait till she calls back". I walked away from the conversation feeling like they could care less about getting the listing rented. I was shocked about how unprofessional and rude she was. It almost seems like she enjoyed being unpleasant. Unbelievable how so many realty management companies blow people off looking for help. I would not recommend you use this company if you are serious about renting your home..... Also, I rarely write reviews, let alone bad ones, but I felt compelled to warn people about using this company.

I have been using Fort Lowell Property management for 18 months, and could not be happier! Ivonne Tacho, who is the onsite manager, is responsive and quick to handle any tenant issues. I appreciate that Ivonne takes care of problems quickly, and I have managed to maintain outstanding tenants due to the service of the company. Happy tenants make happy landlords, and I have Ivonne and Fort Lowell Company to thank!

I can't say enough good things about my property manager Tyvonna. I rent out the home I own in Scottsdale. I tried managing it myself but there were way too many headaches. Tyvonna has taken over and it has been a life changer. She is so well organized and professional. Has no problem calling vendors on my behalf and dealing with any issues. I was going to stop renting after my current agreement but with her help I decided to keep renting and keep the rental income rolling in. Thank you Tyvonna. You're the best!!

Deborah has started managing our portfolio after we dealt with a nightmare at another management company. She has been amazing at helping us straighten the mess out. It's really hard to find a good management company but these guys and Deborah have been stellar!

I worked with Crissy Keoppel for about 4+ years. She managed my rental property in Phoenix, AZ. I have NOTHING but wonderful things to say. She was very proactive during these years. Took GREAT care of my investment, great communication, on top of everything, super organized. She kept a good relationship with the tenant who renewed. Whenevern I was ready to sell she didn't hesitate to offer helping with that as well and did a phenomenal job. She deserves 5 solid stars, super recommended. Extremely happy with her service throughout the time she managed my investmet.

I don't know where to start. I've rented a property for the last 2 years. Crissy was my contact from the Phoenix office. Crissy took a chance on me due to me having a bankruptcy I had a hard time finding someone to rent to me. She literally did all she could to get me approved. Crissy was so nice and such a pleasure to work with with when I had any issues such a toilet breaking or a water leak she was on top of it the same day. She was so understanding at times where life was a challenge for me and helped me when I couldn't pay rent on time. Instead of putting me more in debt by charging me a ton of late fees she understood that life happens and let me be a little late. She was always friendly and I was grateful for her and her support! I will miss you ! Thank you for everything!!!

Bob was great. He really helped me understand the buying and management process. I was drawn to Fort Lowell because they buy, fix up and manage the property instead of just doing one of the three, which is great seeing as I don't live in Arizona. I feel much more comfortable with buying in Arizona because of Fort Lowell Realty.

I took my time choosing a property management company and Fort Lowell was my choice. Crissy in the Phoenix office has been very professional and accommodating in making the process very smooth from the beginning. Highly recommend this company for your property management needs.

My client worked with Crissy Keoppel in the Phoenix Office for the last several years. Crissy managed my client's portfolio of rental properties. She did a tremendous job keeping them rented, rehabbing the ones needing repairs, and always, always found ways to keep the costs as low as possible and repairs moving rapidly.

When it came time to sell the properties, again, she did an excellent job prepping the homes for sale, marketing them, negotiating the best possible prices and terms, and closing quickly.

I found her to be bright, creative, helpful, courteous, hardworking and determined, a tireless advocate for my client's best interests, with a great, "can-do" attitude and a great sense of humor.
