Forever Flawless

Talk about a hard sell! I was too nice and went in to get a sample they said they were giving me. Then I got the royal bull**** sales talk after they put a product on one wrist and different one on the other. I could totally feel the difference in pressure as they applied it to make it look like one was absorbing into my skin while the other stayed on top of my skin!

Of course they were having a one day special of $400 skin cream for $200 but you only get the $200 product if you bought 2 products. This is where it gets even sketchier. When I told her I had to think about it, she pulls me to the back of the store and tells me she can sell me 2 products that just have damaged boxes for $299!!!

I cannot believe Frontenac mall would have such a shady store as a retailer!!!!!!

Ladies don't fall for their scam!!!

Overpriced. Very poorly managed. I called just now to ask a question about a product and was told "I am a receptionist and I don't know anything about any of the products." I asked, "Is anybody else there?" Receptionist responded "No, nobody else works on Fridays or Saturdays because it is against their religion."

SCAM ARTISTS!!! I now have heard of a second person, including my grandmother who have been forced into buying their products before they let you out of the store. They block you and force you to pay for products they try on you during their "complimentary facial" -- up to 8000.00 dollars! They tell you you can not leave until you pay your bill!
They should not be in Frontenac Plaza. They should be in PRISON!

I read all of this reviews and its weird. How can you actually blame someone else when this is your money and you choose to buy that lol. I bought there the exfoliating treatment, and my mother the eye lifting and we are both certified! No one actually forced us to buy nothing. Amazing spa, good promoters (**Leo is my favorite)I'll definitely come back again..! (The music maybe too loud but that's it.)

Beautiful store and the sale representatives are super nice and professional... Products so far work really well with great results. So far best skin care line I've used in terms of quality and results!
Only one flaw is the price (expensive relatively to other cosmetics) but if you are into skin care and have the money definitely definitely worth it..

It's a shame that most of the bad reviews written here are by impressions from outside the store. If people would actually come inside and have an open mind, you'd see it's an amazing skin care experience. I love the black diamond collection and use most of the products daily. They even have a some specialty items for men that I bought for my husband. I'm very happy that I was invited into the store because I've found a new skin care routine that works great for me. My salesperson was professional, listened to my concerns, and designed a skin care routine suited to my needs.

Marcelle is the best at doing facials. You need to make an appointment with her right now to look absolutely amazing and young :)

I visited Plaza Frontenac on Saturday, Dec 20, 2014 to do some Christmas shopping at approximately 6 pm. I like the mall and have enjoyed my visits there. There was a wonderful African American choir performing holiday music on the first floor. As I made my way to the second level, and passed the Forever Flawless store, I noticed three employees standing outside of the FF store entrance. They were making inappropriate and rude comments and gestures regarding the choir performing in the mall. As an African American woman and professional, I found their actions and words truly distasteful. I will not frequent the Forever Flawless store and while I think that 99% of the folks at PF are fantastic, this really puts a sour taste in my mouth. If they didn't care for the music, why not just be quiet and go back into the store?

Warning!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

Do not purchase there! The product doesn't work and they will try to reach all your money!!

Walked by store at Frontenac today. Was offered a free sample. Was asked if I wash my hands often. There was a product for me! Come in store for demonstration. When I demurred saying another time, the man said something like, "it'll just take 10 seconds! What does it take?" Huh! I don't care if it takes 10 seconds I didn't have time then. On the way back through the mall I walked on the opposite side to avoid the three salesmen hovering in the doorway.
