Horrible! Unprofessional. They give a bogus quote over the phone. When the owner/technician arrives, the cost to clean the carpet is 3 times higher than quoted on the phone. Made the carpet worse. They try to cheat the customer by trying to charge extra for coming out for follow-up cleaning although they have a 48-hr complimentary follow-up cleaning policy. I called 24-hrs after the initial cleaning. The technician no showed for the appointment because it wasn't on his schedule. We confirm a second appointment and the owner/technician cancels the follow-up cleaning 30 minutes prior to arrival. In lieu of doing the follow-up cleaning, the owner decides that he will refund 50% of the fee and hangs up on the customer after lecturing and reprimanding the customer. Absolutely terrible company to use!!

Amazing job ! Super professional, kind and reliable same week service! Great communication between them and I and pricing was fair ! I have an elderly pet who has taken over my home and they didn't make me feel ashamed just came in and helped me understand it was ok and cleaned it up and gave me some advice on how to help prevent it from happening ! And if I needed them again they would be there .. I'd would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants professionals who actually care about you and your needs :)

The quality of the work was fine but I would be skeptical of their pricing and quoting. Once the provider arrived they quoted me 2X the initial pricing. I sent over the feedback that they should be more upfront with a range of pricing and potential additional charges. It puts the customer in an uncomfortable position once the provider is already in their home doubling the price they were guided. I sent this feedback to the company but heard no response. The experience was unsettling and businesses should be more transparent with their customers.
