I post food porn like a wanton, but rarely do I rave about it in print. This place, however, is exceptional! I had the crispy fish sandwich, and BonBon had an excellent beet salad. Chef Diego serves everything up himself, in gourmet style and quality yet not at all expensive. Compliment du Chef! Bravo!
Open for breakfast and lunch until 3, on Beverly Blvd one block east of Fairfax.

I have eaten here HUNDREDS of times!! And it was all delicious!!
the fish tacos are sooo great with homemade cabbage slaw- and a homemade hot sauce I take home and use on other things! The carnitas burrito is delicious!! And the hamburger is great!!! Hearty! Hand cut real French fries too!
Diego & Grizelda are the most lovely people. They are small business owners and I'm so glad I discovered them! My tummy is even more glad!!
sometimes they are closed when they are supposed to be open-- but give them another chance -- it's so worth it!!!
Plus that's a little biproduct of being a small business.
Oh! I almost forgot to mention one of my faves-- the goat cheese sandwich!!! You really can't go wrong!

This place is located within a small strip mall that honestly, I would never take one look at. Thanks to Yelp, this little spot was brought to my attention. It's by the Grove and also is neighbors with Bagel Broker (an awesome ship for bagel sandwiches.)
Availability in the parking lot is honestly slim but there's nearby street parking and meter parking.
We walk in and the place has such a charming and quaint feel! The menu had various options that I was pleasantly surprised by - from chicken nuggets and fries to a quinoa salad. I love the variety.
My boyfriend and I got the fish tacos and fish sandwich. The crisp on the outside of the fish for the tacos was really interesting to me - it reminded me of fish and chips. I'm used to like beer battered style I guess, but anyway, these were really damn good. The cabbage on top and whatever orange sauce combined with it gave such a great balance to the fish. There was a hot sauce served on the side and also a spring salad. I got a few bites of the fish sandwich and that, too, was awesome! All the fixings inside the sandwich complimented the fish so well! The onions, cucumbers, etc - all too good.
I think the only thing to stay cautious (and it's not even a bad thing) is that the fish is served SO hot haha. So take your time before you bite into it because we both burned the roofs of our mouths.

I've seen them open. I've seen them close. I've seen them reopen. Quality of the food is amazing. Everything is made to order. You can see the chef cooking your food.
My go to dish would be their fish tacos. The best I've had. The sauce makes it even better! You've got to try it! ..Unless you're allergic to fish.
I never know the times their open though. I'm sure the times posted on yelp are accurate but sometimes I just pass by it to see if they're open. - Miss B.Brooklyn, NY019165/31/2018
Hidden gem tucked away in a small plaza.
I've seen this place while grabbing bagels at Bagel Broker so decided to stop by for lunch.
It's also a good place to stop by when waiting at CBS..
Some of the photos of the interior are outdated! It's bright and white now with colorful paintings on the wall.
I wolfed down the fish sandwich in 5 minutes. - 2129874/17/2019
Excellent food and service. Felt attentive, authentic, and a nice respite from shopping. Best fish tacos I had in LA so far. The burger was also good.

I read good things about the burger so I got one. It tasted fine but was super light on the meat. For 10.99 you can easily get a way bigger and filling burger somewhere else in LA...Really nice staff though
