Seriously what a great experience! I needed a last-minute arrangement for my mother and this team came through with the best set of flowers I've seen in a while!

Ordered day before Valentine's day. First time with this florists. Went with fellow yelpers great reviews and gave it a try. The roses had dead spots, and some of the other follege was limp. Gave them 2 stars for delivering on time on a Sunday. Confused and disappointed with other reviews. Had a florists in Michigan that always delivered great flowers and wanted someone in Texas that I could go to. Flower mound will be my home for years to come, but don't know if I should give them my future business.

I can see myself clearly in that picture the dehydration within that rose. I am truly apologetic and would like to do anything I can make this right for you. Valentines is a very busy holiday especially with it falling on a Sunday. Mistakes unfortunately do happen. I would like to offer you a free redelivery and fresh flowers, either now or at anytime of your choosing. My regular customers count on me for quality and the best designs in Flower Mound. As a committed owner in this area my customers mean everything to me. I again am truly sorry for our mistake. I would appreciate any chance I have at making it right.

I've always loved their flowers ... but getting in touch with them is becoming more difficult. I've tried calling them for a few days now for some anniversary flowers, but they can't seem to answer the phone and their message memory is full.

Called from out of state to have a cheerful flower arrangement delivered to my daughter in the area. Wendy was very helpful and super sweet! I couldn't have felt like I was right there any more than I did!
The flowers were fresh with buds and beautiful blooms. I asked for a ribbon with glitter (if they had that) and she added that too.

Above and beyond my expectations there was a small miscommunication which was immediately fixed personally by the owner herself. I 100% recommend this florist for any of your needs. They will make sure you're taking care of! This photo was the original mistake which was corrected, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to correct the mistake, and then some!!!!

i came in on a crazy, busy day...weddings, proms, store reorganizing and was given the BEST customer service i could ever imagine. In the midst of the craziness, i was invited into the cooler and helped as though i was a customer seeking a huge wedding or event. Their design work is unique, beautiful, and reliable. Their commitment to quality and not just getting rid of their older flowers quickly was so refreshing. i worked in floral industry for several years and i'd depend on Flower on the Mound for any events or orders that really, truly matter to me. Thanks for making my lil request seem just as important as the big ones! i'll be back for sure!!

Today Flowers on the mound went above and beyond for a very special order I placed! I recently went through 20 weeks of chemo and surgery and I wanted to send my oncology team Arrangements that would be different shades of pink! The arrangements were outstanding and more than I even excepted! I can't say enough about how happy I am! My surgeon called as soon as she received them just in awe of the incredible arrangement they made for her! Only the best for people who saved my life! God bless Flowers On The Mound!!!

As other reviews stated, the phone was answered by the owner, Rochelle, who has a delightful demeanor and an encyclopedic knowledge of all things flowers. I wanted to have flowers delivered to my wife for dual purposes - her birthday and a work anniversary, and trusted Rochelle to put together the perfect arrangement. Boy, did she deliver! The deliver was prompt (within an hour of my call) and my wife couldn't have been more thrilled with the beautiful arrangement. Please don't call one of the 800 services - keep your business local and trust someone who really cares and will provide you with a unique arrangement that the recipient will really cherish!

I can't say enough about the outstanding customer service and corsage from this florist. We stopped elsewhere first and was met with an inpatient and terse "we are closing". We left very disappointed. We found our way to Flowers on the Mound and although they were loading up to deliver flowers to a wedding and closing early they took the time to make a wonderful corsage. They were patient and courteous. What an amazing experience and gorgeous corsage. You just don't get customer service like this much anymore.

Great customer service! I wasn't happy with what I purchased and when I contacted Flowers on the Mound and explained why I wasn't happy I was connected directly to the owner who informed me that she would personally redo the bouquet. She even sent me a picture of the new arrangement! That's what I call awesome customer service!
