Bad customer service. The Asian guy who (didn't really help me) was rude and kind of an a**. I don't recommend this place. It's good that I chose my flowers instead of him cause he didn't even know what looked even remotely a nice looking flower! I dislike bad customer service!

The 4-star rating is for a beautiful arrangement I received on Valentine's Day. It was huge, gorgeous and fragrant. The quality of the flowers was excellent.

'The only con was that the sender paid extra to have them delivered before noon and they did not arrive until close to 2pm, after they received a phone call that they hadn't honored their delivery plan.

The flowers that my husband sent to my work came in a [very] scratched up vase, three roses, some dying flowers around it and a TON of leaves. The arrangement looked horrible. He ordered a teddy bear, not knowing that I would be getting a left over Labor Day teddy bear that sang the national anthem, the note they used to write on was candy themed and the writing was almost illegible. Do NOT waste your money.
