I showed your staff my bank statement and he told us that he knows how annoying this is and the way you operate as a business owner. He told us he will not be working there in 3 weeks.
I have never been refunded and have recorded every single conversation we have had with you over the phone. The way you spoke to us with a mistake on your end is absolutely disgusting.
If anyone wants to call 911 I will, because not only did you not provide a refund or solve the situation you hung up the phone and expected your staff to deal with it.
Learn how to treat your customers with respect in person and privately rather than writing and commenting back a disgusting comment that paints you in a good light when none of the information is true.
I recorded our whole interaction at the store and am willing to go to the police about how we harassed your employee at all. You were the one who double charged us and took no responsibility. You never refunded us and your nice employee took care of it. He said it's only 48 dollars and he's not working there in 3 weeks he understands because that has happened to him before. Don't ever try to lie on Yelp as a business owner because we can take this even further if you want to.

It is very unfortunate of the circumstances that happened last night that this situation had to escalate this far. It is very disappointing to find out that my staff felt so harassed that he had to purchase the product for you just to make you leave the store due to him feeling uncomfortable. In which I will be paying him back the money. It is also unfortunate that on February 27, 2021, I emailed you all the supporting documents that were needed for you to go to your bank so you could create a dispute on the "double charge". Since I did not have a 2nd receipt based on the 2 transactions on your card. My experience being a consumer as well, if I have been charged twice or if I have been charged for something that I didn't consent, I have always called the bank and they handle every dispute fast and promptly. We also received a chargeback from your credit card on 3/18/21 for the full amount and still decided to harass the On site Staff about getting your money back which you already received.
Being a small business owner for the last 10 years I have had multiple occasions where similar situations like this have happened. Every situation I've handled it in the best way that I can possible, never shying away from a problem that I cannot fix. From this experience I have learned on how to properly teach the onsite staff on how to handle situations like this moving forward.
If my staff feels threatened by a customer, they have every right to hit the panic button or call 911 based on customer treatment. Their safety is more important than any monetary value. If the customer wanted a product for the double charge and the customer didn't have a dispute with their credit card company, I would have given the products you wanted equivalent to the charge. How we at Vaping Industries handle these circumstances is very standard protocol.

The owner of the company- John? He is a sketchy person who takes advantage of people. I had 2 posted transactions (not pending) on my card- showing a double charge in February. I called my bank and opened up a claim. They could not do anything about it. John said it only showed one transaction and ultimately he's not going to do anything about it. Not only did he hang up on me on the phone after I called 3 times and went in the actual store. He told me to call the bank and it has nothing to do with him. If he can't provide good customer service because of a malfunction on their end for 48 dollars then they have no place to run a business. It's genuinely disgusting the way he treats his customers. It's important to know who owns a company before putting money and spendings especially when it's small scale. I will be telling all of my friends to never go to this vape store. The market of vape stores around OC is endless anyone who's looking to go there I recommend you not to.
The only person that I appreciated is the sales associate in the store, after he saw all the evidence that I provided and clearly showing a double charge he provided good customer service and handled it on his own. Just think- the owner couldn't afford a 48 dollar mistake on their end and hung up the phone and screamed at the customer that was wronged while his ENPLOYEE took care of it.

So my brother and cousin were looking into CBD but we had no knowledge of anything CBD related. I did a quick search on CBD and came across Reef CBD.
I gotta tell you, from the second we walk in, John completely made us feel at ease, answered all our questions (which was a lot) and really gave us great information. I work in Customer Service, so I am very aware of how other people give me customer service. Bottom line , if youre looking into CBD and have a lot of questions, this is the place to get it answered!!

Stopped by here a few times, always with Kelvin working. The guy is a perfect employee, solid customers service, responsible with masks/covid regs and very knowledgeable about the product, all things that I find lacking in other local vape shops. The store itself has a solid selection of brands and the prices are reasonable. Anyways, whatever Kelvin's getting paid it's not enough since the guy is the best vape store employee I have found in like a ten mile radius which, although not a high bar, is definitely going to keep me coming back.

I shop at about 3 different CBD/vape/smoke shops in the area and this shop is the one I consistently come to. After stopping by today and visiting, I felt the review was long overdue. The store offers an awesome selection of disposables and liquid at a great price, really effective CBD (I got a new bath bomb today) with a clean atmosphere. Their service is even better. Ashley is always so helpful and answers any questions on either the vape or CBD side with ease. You can tell they care about helping their customers and finding exactly what you're looking for. Their pricing is completely reasonable and they offer quite a bit of sales, which really helps. Thanks for being awesome, Vaping Industries!

Awesome service from the moment I walked in!
I have been out of the Vape Game for a little bit. They really provided me proper education and got me up and running with an awesome piece AND juice in like 15 minutes.
Two gentlemen helped me and both were super cool and really helpful.

Hey, man...lemme tell you: I'm very happy I came to this store. I'm happy because my boyfriend is happy! I don't have a vape thingy or know anything about the doohickies, but he does and he lost his brick shaped, old ass, medieval vape thing and he was so distraught. I wanted to cheer him up after having a rough couple of days and I saw previous positive reviews for this place and I was not disappointed! Being so naive to the business, the wonderful mamacita (who I did not catch the name of, but was really pretty) helped me pick out a fancy, power ranger looking, Iron Fist kit, some yummy juice flavors, and batteries for my boyfriend to use the vape right away! I definitely recommend this place and I will most definitely be coming back!!

Been coming to this store for years now and they never cease to amaze me with the new juice that they carry from week to week.
The staff is always friendly and on top of their game on the new laws and changes that the FDA is regulating on us vapors.
It's nice to see a shop staying on top of all the new juice, mods and laws.

New to the area and wandered in today with a mod giving me problems. The guys working were amazingly helpful and really made me feel comfortable - a serious rarity in vape shops nowadays. They got me all set up and back in vaping action.
