First this is a throwback to 90's mall dining
It is NOT a gourmet 25 dollar wagu beef burger joint
It's greesy and fried and grilled while you wait
Your cardiologist would not approve
The staff are friendly and cool
If you are a hipster post millennial looking to Instagram about your meal this is not the place
If you want a dang good burger cooked in front of you and a flashback to your teenage years this is itHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Frndofgrvr S.Leesburg, VA121435Oct 7, 2019Updated review
This location was sold and has gone downhill so fast it is ridiculous. Stood there waiting to order. There was one person there talking in Spanish to the woman behind the counter, NOT placing an order- just chatting. Finally another girl came from the back and asked what I wanted. I told her the turkey burger combo. She disappeared in the back. The guy left and the woman standing in the front looked at me and went 'just the burger?' And I said no- the combo. It was $10! They have raised the prices since they bought the place.
The girl from the back returned and she had my turkey burger. Rather odd since it should have been up front. They no longer double fry the fries so they aren't golden crispy anymore, nor are they salted.
It's a waste of money, no longer the same quality, poor customer service.
Walk on by this place.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Aug 16, 2017Previous reviewThe husband & wife are always pleasant to talk to. Best turkey burger hands down! Fries are double cooked like the Belgian do for a crispier fry. The grilled chicken is always tasty and moist. Great on one of their salads.

Straight nastiness. The burger meat is so bad. It's a step down from McDonald's. Then my bacon cheddar burger was doused in liquid cheese sauce rather than a slice of cheese as pictured. I'm not sure how long it's been here, but I can't fathom why it's still open. Two bites and in the trash it went.

Cost: 8 bucks for burger, fries, and a soda.
Food: The beef patty reminds me of what I can get at McDonald. The fries were ..... mediocre.
Conclusion: Not worth it in my opinion.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Zach J.Ashburn, VA1141May 3, 2013
Great burger, loved the fries, I would recommend the bacon cheeseburger with jalapeño peppers

The staff and food is great. It is a healthy option for fast food. The burgers are always tasty.

They make some darn tasty burgers, hotdogs, gyros and fries made fresh in front of you with a good choice of fixings. Considering it's a mall counter, they really produce some impressive grill food. The staff are really nice people who respond appreciatively when acknowledged with regard and kindness.

Eh, I will agree that the food is a little pricey but I've always had a positive experience here. The owner is usually working the register and he's always so friendly. I like the size of the burgers and their onion fries but would agree their prices could go down a bit.
