Five Star Dog Grooming

I'm new to the area and was looking a reliable place to take my dog to get groomed. Long story short, my dog's back was cut and caught an infection. Even though the groomer admitted to cutting my dog, I was still charged the full price.

We love this place and the way they treat our dogs, Cooper and Nax!! Reasonably priced and always accommodating!!

I had a hard time finding a dog groomer who I felt treated my dog (a pit mix) well and my dog did not fear going to. If you are in the same boat, look no further! The Team at Five Star Fig Grooming are the kindest and most accommodating groomers in the Northwest Suburbs. Their location is right on the border of Mount Prospect and Prospect Heights near the train station.

I love the people and service at Five Star Dog Grooming. My wire fox terrier always looks and smells great when I get him back. He has had a difficult time at other groomers but he seems to like it there. He gets along well with the groomers there. They are always so accomodating. I have another tiny, old yorkie that can not be groomed. I took him in for a nail trim this week. They cleaned up his feet and a few other things while he was there. They go up and above to take great care of my dogs. I appreciate your through and kind care.

Best groomers like family boomer loves it there do excellent job they really care best out there only go to 5 star groomers !!!! Nothing compares worth the trip !!! Gina

So happy to have my baby boy Willie groomed here. My puppy is 7.5 months old, when I dropped him off he was shaking like crazy. when I picked him up he was calm and happy just like the other dog that was there. Did I mention, how handsome he sporting his new neck tie and smelled wonderful! Immediately made my next appt. Thank you for the love you showed Willie and all the other fur babies

The groomers are so nice here! They always are flexible with trying to get my dog in last minute, and he always comes out looking perfect! I can tell they take wonderful care of all the dogs here.

This was the first time and the first place our puppy was groomed. They did a fantastic job, we are so happy and plan on taking our puppy here again soon.

Very friendly staff. They're very knowledgeable about what they're doing. Needed to get my dog groomed after my usual place called and cancelled last minute. They were able to squeeze her in on a Friday afternoon. Highly recommend this small business!!

I was looking for a new groomer for my goldendoodle and stumbled across this place. I have to say, as I have been to a few different groomers that these ladies are excellent! The place was super clean, smelled nice and my dog looked fantastic! They were very sweet and you could tell they love their jobs, the minute I walk in with my dog Mila, they pet her and give her attention and its really great to see. Thank you!
