Fast and friendly service. Clean store. I was able to order my food and quickly hit the road.

Like other reviews said, the grease soaks through the bag. Grab extra napkins.

First time trying 5 guys and I will be back many more times. The burger was so good, even though I had to was a 25 min drive home. I got it with everything on it and it tasted so fresh and well seasoned. Nothing was overdone. I'm glad they let me know the sizing because I couldn't finish the small! The cashier was very informative about everything and let me know everything without feeling stupid. The lobby was clean and didn't feel like I wasn't welcome to sit and eat if I wanted to. For the price I was very happy with how much food I got and will choose this over other burger joints.

We had a wonderful experience from what seemed to be an older woman who provided excellent customer service while other young staff didn't really care to much for this representation of the business.

This lady made all the difference as she makes sure the orders were right and that the food came out in time. An asset to any company. We hope Five Guys knows this!

Stop by the Lancaster store. Got 2 bacon cheese burgers and regular fry. The person on fry duty put the burgers in the bag and my cup of fries then scooped up more frys and just dumped them in my bag. By time I got home, 3 miles, the grease soaked thru the bag and when I picked up the bag it fell apart losing fries and grease in my car. The burgers were soggy and not appetizing at all. The only good thing about my order was the oreo shake and Sprite drink. I spent over 40.00 dollars for the disappointment. The fries reminded me of Nancy Joe's fries.

Soggy hamburgers! They did not grill the bun?? It was disgusting. The tomato on the hamburger was green. Soggy and disgusting! Don't waste your money. My hamburger looked like it was squished by ever hand on the grill. Smashed, soggy , gross disgusting hamburger. Don't go! Save your money!

Five Guys never disappoints. The ingredients are fresh, food made when you order and is always piping hot - which I appreciate!

The way they give you a fry order with overflow in the bag is genius. Boardwalk sauce reminds me of eating fries in Atlantic City as a teenager. Their shakes are sooooo good. If they offered gluten free buns I'd visit much, much more often!

Awesome people, nice and kind they got my order in less than 10 minutes and they are really kind hearted people!

I ordered my burger with lettuce, tomato,grilled onions with ketchup and mayonnaise.and my order came with no tomatoes and lettuce. Just plain burger with ketchup and mayonnaise.prize to high for the plain burger.first and last.

I love five guys burgers but it's so cold in her it's incredibly uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place without a heavy coat!

First batch of fries tasted like used cooking oil, I drove back to get a new order of fries and they had too much salt. Customer service was good though and the strawberry milkshakes are delicious. I can think of other better burgers for the same price next time.
