These guys know their stuff! Owner Craig is hands on with his customers and sales staff is just as knowledgeable. Not pushy or trying to sell you things you won't need or use. After shopping around all over DFW we came back to this place. Save yourself time unlike me and go with this place!!

We love this place to buy all of our fitness equipment. The prices are amazing, and the customer service is just as amazing. They find exactly what we are looking for every time! We are so fortunate to have them so close in Frisco, especially during covid when our gym was closed and we had to make a CrossFit gym in our garage!!!

I think this company may be working paycheck to paycheck. The managers can't exhale until the owner tells them to and they have zero logistical skills. I don't know how long this company has been in business but I'm certain their revenue is not from repeat business. There is my opinion, I didn't get any of my product but I did get all of my money back. Just a waste of time.

Staff was great, not pushy at all and very informative and knowledgeable about their products. And as crazy as it seems to have something in stock these days... they did! I was able to pick up what I purchased the same day at their warehouse that was a short drive away. It was at least a 12 week wait if i purchased from the manufacturer online. Definitely recommend this place.

I visited this store to buy some dumbbells. Although they didn't have many sizes available, a man confirmed that he did have some 15s available so I made the purchase. Right after he takes my payment, he gives me a receipt, looks up at me and asks me if I need the address to his warehouse - I ask him if it's close by... it's in Carrollton! Not close by. Ultimately, I took the "L" because I needed the dumbbells. I went out to run an errand and ended up running an errand for Fitness HQ Outlet. Lesson learned. Just buy on Amazon, they'll ship it to your house.

Love this place. Owner and his son run the store. Honest and they don't push all of the expensive items. We have purchased 3 different pieces of equipment from them and the service is always great.
