Nicht das beste Studio, oft überfüllt. Die
      Quietschetuckenquote ist sehr hoch.
Manchmal nervt es. Ausstattung okay, Lage
Prima, Sauberkeit wie so soft und überall Verbesserungswürdig. Sehr oft beißender
      Geruch aus den
      WC's

Don't expect to be treated like a human with compassion. It's a very 'computer says no' and the customer is never right sort of place. pretty unrelaxing really.

*Don't believe the google reviews rating.*
Or anything the staff members say to you, as you'll find out reading this review.
The gym has a "rate us 5 stars on google for a free drink" sign.
I've had the most awful customer service with this shady company.
The first issue I had was receiving an overdue fee for failing a payment DESPITE giving my home country bank account's correct IBAN number. I verified twice that I had, indeed, given Fitness First the correct details. After getting a German bank account, I changed the IBAN number to the gym's subscription accordingly. I thought that would be the end of my problems. Until once again, I have received a fee. Utterly ridiculous and unacceptable.
Unsurprisingly, from such an awful company, that was not the only problem I faced with them.
When I signed up during a time which they had a deal for a 2 year contract, which was the best value for this overpriced gym (this deal was still overpriced but it's Berlin so I didn't bother looking for any cheaper options) I was informed by the member of staff at reception at the time that I could freely cancel the contract if I moved back home (there are no Fitness First places where I live). This was a lie.
Later, during my time living in Berlin, it was time for me to move home. Doing what anyone else in my situation would, I went to the gym in person and politely asked if I could cancel my membership in person. The man at reception said that I may be required to give the email of my language tutor to the gym's customer support email and then handed me a paper of the gym's email address.
Some time later, I emailed the given email address and told them about my situation, and to my shock, they said that it was not possible to end my contract early. They then sent, not even their contract terms, a court case in which someone wanted to cancel their Fitness First subscription but the court did not allow such a thing as moving somewhere else was "something that could be controlled." They even took more than 1 week to reply to my email and have totally stopped replying to further emails.
The only redeeming factor is that the gym itself is mediocre. Sure, it's pleasant looking, mostly, but that is where the good ends. It's very small as it's inside a shopping centre and when it gets busy then good luck not having to wait to use the equipment you want. Also, if you don't mind looking at other men's nude bodies, then I recommend avoiding the locker room entirely.

They also appear to be hiding this very review on their google maps page, it's laughable how pathetic this scam company is.

As an avid gym goer I can second some of the reviews which state that this place has all the goods! Except maybe a hyperbaric chamber ;)

But really, four different main fitness areas, clean and well cared for equipment, saunas, available personal training. If I was in the area often, I'd be there often!

While visiting from out of town, one of the trainers/manager, Tan, helped us with our visit. He was friendly and informative beyond necessity. We felt very at home. Tan is the man!

Our only qualm was the cleanliness of the bathrooms but other than that, it's all thumbs up.

I came to this gym once as a visitor and it is just beautiful! They have EVERYTHING you can imagine and more! This is a huge establishment with above and beyond all the equipment you could ever imagine. It feels and looks clean, the staff is friendly and the energy is good. The locker rooms are nice, they have nice personal lockers, clean bathrooms, steam rooms, tanning beds etc etc. They offer all types of classes and the crowd seems really friendly and diverse. I would visit this gym again and probably become a member if I lived in the area!
