Fit Body Boot Camp

FBBC is incredible. I'm 47 years old and thanks to FBBC, I have the body of someone much younger than me. I started almost two years ago and the workouts are still super challenging each day. Matt changes things up each workout, so you are sore in a different area each time.
The workouts are tough but don't let that scare you - everyone there was once a beginner and at least for myself - out of shape. When I started I couldn't do five pushups on my knees, but now I can do 20 pushups on my toes! The sense of accomplishment you feel after finishing an hour workout is incredible. I sleep better, I feel better, I look better. If you are unhappy with your body and can commit to working out three times a week, you'll see a difference in your body in under two months. The change will inspire you to keep going. You have nothing to lose, except weight and fat!

Matt is awesome and always makes an effort to push you just a little bit more. Thank you Matt for all you have done for me throughout the years.

My fav of all the boot camps I have ever done, and yes its a lot! Its fun, always changing, always challenging, I can't wait to go back once my schedule allows, and I burned some fat!!
