I went to Fort Worth for a visit, and while I was there, we found a nice trombone that my daughter wanted, so we got it at a reasonable price. I paid the 'warranty' they offer for 30 days for about $5, so that if it did not sound the way it should, or anything else was ORIGINALLY wrong with it, I could bring it back and get the FULL AMOUNT of the purchase price (tax included). After disinfecting the mouthpiece and trying it, the trombone did not sound like a trombone, so we brought it back the next day, since I had bought that 'warranty'. The cashier made a mistake and gave me 'store credit' instead of $110 cash, so they said to come back the next day. I did, and turns out they couldn't make it good... they manager said, "All I can do is give $100 right now, or you need to come back tomorrow" (which I couldn't because I had to come back home from my trip... so I'm stuck with the $100, which makes buying the 'warranty' an absolute rip-off!!!)

Took TV here for loan. Paid on it, on time for a year. Girl behind counter told me wrong date for the deadline as they give you ten days on top of your due date. Went back day after employee told me to pay, TV gone. Area Mgr "Bob" a real asswipe said it was my fault for not keeping up. Never addressed the employee who screwed up. This Bob fellow is a bottom of the barrel slug who not only feeds on customers but treats workers badly. Hard to believe the company keeps him around, but believe me a guy like this has been fired everywhere else he's worked. Stay away from here.
