I enjoyed myself overall.
Food/Drink: A bit messy and a ton of spicy Dijon mustard, but pretty good. I got the firehouse hero.
Appetizers: None.
Bread: Got the wheat bread, not the most impressive bread but they pride themselves on the contents more so than anything else.
Dinning Area: Large size, open concept. Plenty of seating!
Prices: Relatively expensive. 1 Large firehouse hero, bag of chips, and a drink. $20
Parking: Large, shared lot, wrap around just off the main road. Shared mall type.
Bathrooms: Bathrooms were clean and one person, sizeable.
Atmosphere: Pretty chill, not to much going on, not to loud.
Staff/Attendants: Girls are the register were great, super friendly, and extremely nice. In and out, sandwich was made well, and just took a few minutes.
Decent experience! Really wish the mustard didn't overpower the sandwich though.

Had to waste time ordering everything online just to call and find out it wasn't working and then had to pay double because they would not honor the online deal at their fault. Manager was incredibly rude. I don't fully understand how you can offer something and then not stand by it when it's the company's fault the system was down. Greedy and not a good way to do business.

My wife and I went into the store for meatball day. The staff was friendly and nice. We went for dinner to get a meatball sub for my wife and chicken meatball for myself. My wife's meatball was good. She enjoyed it. First bite into the chicken meatball was cold. I felt the other meatballs and they were all cold. I took it back up front and they apologized. They offered a refund or a new sandwich. I asked just for a new regular meatball sub like my wife. They brought it out about 10 mins later and after the first bite, it was nearly the same as the first, only slightly warmer. At that point I gave up. We packed it to go so I could heat it at home and left.

On 1-2-24 was there with my daughter... I counted 12 employees in a not so busy restaurant.... However, only the young lady at the register and one other person were actually doing anything, while everyone else was standing around doing nothing while customers were waiting on the orders. I could hear the staff asking each other about orders that were not made....Obviously terrible management here and the food has gone downhill as well. Not to mention paying over $30 for two sandwiches is ridiculous. Will not be back or recommend to anyone

The quality of the sandwiches here has went down substantially! They don't put near the meat on them like they used too.

I just went in to pick up an online order. It wasn't up and after 6 or 7 minutes I asked about it. They said it would be up in a minute. A few minutes later they set a bag up on the counter and set the name but it wasn't my name and after another 10 minutes I asked about it again and they handed me the bag that I had been staring at... Thoroughly disappointed. No apology at all. I literally only got a blank-eyed stare

Just ordered a New York steamer. Asked for jalapeños and an extra pickle. I got neither one of them. Is it that hard for them to do their jobs?

I'm so happy they put in a firehouse subs in Maryville!!! The only problem is the parking lot is not big at all- making it a pain to get in at lunchtime but its worth it. I love their meatball subs. I got the 6 inch with extra cheese. So delicious. Its always made fresh and I get the classic sauce. Never soggy bread and good sized meatballs.
Can't go wrong here. Awesome and fast teamwork-

We ordered 3 sandwiches to go. My sub was wrong and had totally soaking wet bread. This is the second time that's happened. It was a fully involved Hero plus banana peppers and black olives. There was no onion and no tomato. It had just a couple pieces of pepper (3) and maybe 6 slices of black olives on an entire medium. It tasted abnormally sweet. Like it has honey mustard on it in addition to the honey ham. The pickle was actually brown and bad. Tasted horrible. My fiance's large steamer was ok but I asked for extra pickles. He got just one, and it was extra small. It was also brown and bad. He spit it out. My mom's hook and ladder was ok but she didn't even get one pickle. Every one of our sandwiches was missing something, wrong or just bad. Please use this as feedback to improve. Not sure I'll go back as I live halfway between two stores.
