Our second kiddo just completed their treatment with Dr. Ferris. The entire office and medial staff here is PHENOMENAL!! We were told by other dentists when my son was in 5th grade that he should start orthodontic treatment..and that seemed very early to me. We saw Dr. Ferris for a free consultation and he said lets wait a year and check. I think he saw us 2 more times for free consultations before he said it was the right time to start treatment. I felt very confident in his opinion and that it didn't seem like a rush to just add a patient and start a treatment too soon that would require another treatment later. Every single visit was on time, efficient, and fun! Both of my kids had great experiences and the outcome of their treatment was fabulous! I have never seen any medical or dental office operate so efficiently and professionally! I always recommend Ferris Orthodontics to everyone looking for this type of service.

Agree with Holly E. They used to be good but now they just cancelled an appointment to remake a retainer on the day of appointment and say the doctor needs to see the patient. They knew that when making the appointment. This place has turned into a disaster. Seems like it's more about squeezing more money out of the patients than keeping a relationship. Bye bye.

They cancel appointments without notifying the patient and then claim they are booked a month in advance. There are many other orthodontists in the area with better business practices. My remaining children have switched to Beitchman and we are much happier

I have been a patient of Dr. Ferris for over 2 years. What sets apart this orthodontist from for all the orthodontists I have tried in 35 years is the fact that he and his team consider you as family first and then a patient. I've had braces twice before with dentists in two different countries. This was my third time with an orthodontist. Dr. Ferris explained me how the entire process would go, how long, and what I needed to look forward to. He is one of the few orthodontists who believes in doing all the legwork himself. His treatment was a life-saving experience for me. No more do I have overbites, never do I need braces again, and his treatment even corrected my TMJ (Temporo Mandibular Joint) problem! As a patient I listened and followed all his instructions. This was very important. You'll not see results of you don't follow your orthodontist. His methodology is very convincing and I was seeing results like he had stated, so I followed his instructions to the tee. If you have children and they hate going for braces, this is your ortho guy! The entire Ferris team is fun, energetic and they love cheering for you!! Additionally, if you use his rewards card, you end up earning points. I have used it to buy gift cards from various stores. Just go to his clinic once and you'll never change your orthodontist.
