First of all the food was amazing. Not only was the pasta hood, but the dessert was amazing as well. Id like a special shout-out to our server Manu. He was very attentive and extremely kind. We even found out we were all from San Diego and he left us with some recommendations. 10/10 food and service!

This is as fine quality and fine dining as you will experience in Vegas---The service is the beat I have experienced and I am local and haven eaten at several fine dining restaurants here. The server Manu was very attentive and wonderful.. The food was spectacular.
You know you are eating the highest quality ingredients as soon as you put the food in your mouth. It is so fresh and delicious.

This place lives up to the hype. It's an easy Uber ride from the strip, not too far at all. You can tell this is a family owned business. You could feel it when you walked through the door. This place has a luxe look with a friendly vibe.
Michael took care of us tonight. He was friendly. He was great. His New York accent was thick, so I trusted that this man new good Italian good and would never disrespect his NY roots by working at an establishment that served anything but high quality Italian.
Everything from the bread to the dessert was amazing. The pasta fagioli put all other soups to shame. The octopus had to be my favorite thing tonight. I doubt anything on the menu is bad. Everything I had was exceptional and I would come back again.Business owner information

Wednesday night in Vegas!!!
What an incredible evening out with my wife. We were offered the most incredible pappardelle al dente we have ever enjoyed. The chef Memo even came to our table to visit with us and recommended the pistachio desert that was incredible. Chad was our sommelier and was so friendly and accommodating. Huge thank you to Chad!! Gino Ferrarro even visited with us with Memo to welcome us to his family restaurant. Manu our waiter had perfect recommendations for our entire meal.
The Osso Bucco was the best I have ever had!!
Thank you!!Business owner information

Toby, it's not every day that we receive feedback as detailed and thoughtful as yours. But trust us when we say that it does not go unnoticed. We hope to see you again.

It was a pleasure dining at Ferraro's restaurant. The experience was outstanding. From the moment we walked in, the service that Manu gave us was excellent.
He made our night special, providing recommendations and making sure our needs were met.
The food was delightful.
We had polipo as appetizers then Ossobuco and veal with truffle. Each dish was beautifully presented.
This restaurant is a must-visit for anyone who is looking for excellent service and great food.
I will definitely request for Manu's section next time.Business owner information

I went to Ferraro's with my wife for our anniversary
This was our first time coming here. I must say it didn't disappoint. The ambience was really nice and It had a comfy feel to it. The food was amazing. We had an appetizer a soup main course a dessert so we pretty much tried a full course meal. I have no complaints about the food everything was delicious. But honestly, the highlight was our great server Silvia. She was very nice and patient told us about the whole menu and took her time she was pushy nor did she ever forget about us. When I go and I'm paying for a service then I wanna make sure I'm being treated rite and with respect and she met all my standards. So thank you Silvia for the great service and will definitely be back to eat there again.Business owner information

We started our meal with the mussels & clams and the octopus. The mussels and clams were delicious. Octopus was just okay. I prefer long charred octopus and am not a huge fan of olives.
For entrees, we split the papadelle, rabbit, and lamb shank. The flavors just didn't really do it for me.
We finished our meal with the chocolate cake. This was very rich and scrumptious

Phi, we are glad you enjoyed the mussels and clams, as well as the service. Scrumptious is a great word to describe our chocolate cake! Traditional Italian cooking is not for everyone, and we are okay with that. We hope you decide to dine with us again and give us a chance to earn those extra stars.

Continuing on with last nights birthday celebration. Went to a super late dinner at one of our favorite Vegas restaurants, Ferraro's Italian.
We did a half order on the Gnocchi Tre Color, Rigatoni Spilinga, and Spaghetti Carbonara then the full order of the Pollo Limoné. Ferraro's NEVER DISAPPOINTS. The food was delicious as usual. The service was impeccable as usual. We had our same server that we've had each time we've dined in. Armando our server is ALWAYS THE BEST! Very attentive, great suggestions for what to order; especially on the wine front. Towards the end of dinner, we didn't know what we wanted for dessert since we've had pretty much all of them. So Armando had the kitchen do a little sample plate for us. passion pistachio cake, Nutella crepe, vanilla gelato and an almond cookie. "You don't have to eat it all, but you have to try it all." Say less, I'm gonna eat it all! #delicious!
This time around, FINALLY got a chance to chat with the manager a little bit and DANG HE'S FUNNY! Great personality, great attitude.
Dining at 12:30am, the restaurant was nice and quiet. Just a few parties inside.
Looking forward to our next visit!Business owner information

Wow, Chien! We are blushing over here. Thank you for the glowing review. We are so appreciative of your support. We look forward to your next visit.
Jul 30, 2023Previous reviewTonight, my friend Lauren and I had dinner at Ferraro's Italian. It was our 2nd time there and DEFINITELY WILL NOT be our last! My first impressions from last year stands. Decor, is STILL impeccable. Hostess at the hostess stand was friendly as ever even at just past 11pm. And again, a GEM of a place!
We had such fond memories of Ferraro's and hoped that this visit would be the same. Let me tell you all... it was BETTER! We had our same server from our last visit; Armando. Not only did he remember us, but he also remembered that we ordered a bunch of half orders because we were indecisive and remembered the bottle of wine that he had recommended! In addition to Armando however, we also had Zoran. Who was FULL OF LIFE and DANCING! Both were so joyous and really exuded a LOVE of their job that just makes you as a diner happy to be there. There was also a tall gentleman whom I did not get the name of as he was not wearing a name tag. He made us feel very valued; and was quite accommodating as we requested to switch tables more than once, including taking up 2 tables for just the 2 of us. But we had good reason. We knew that we were going to be ordering multiple items that would need more than just a table for 2 in order to get everything out.
Now on to the food. The menu is slightly different from our last visit. I had quite enjoyed their Spaghetti Cacio e Pepé last time. But they no longer had it on their menu. I was bummed about that. But soldier on I would have because I was sure whatever replaced it on the menu would have been equally as good. BUT NO! Armando, being Armando requested the kitchen to make it for me. So we ordered our exact same menu as our last visit. Was the sheer deliciousness of the food just a fluke? Or was it equally as delicious this time?
We started out with a bowl of bread. 2 pieces of what I believe was Focaccia bread, 2 dinner rolls, and 1 pretzel roll. The dipping sauce that came with it was made with olive oil, balsamic and something green that had a hint of garlic. Then we got a 1/2 order of their Spaghetti Aglio e Olio. Perfectly sauced. Plenty of garlic cloves. Cooked al denté with a great chew. DELICIOUS!
1/2 order of their Spaghetti Cacio e Pepé. Very peppery, great sauce to pasta ratio, and cooked al denté with a great chew as well. It made me quite happy that the kitchen made this dish for me, even though it was no longer on their menu.
1/2 order of their Rigatoni alla Spiling. DELICIOUS and didn't skimp on the sausage chunks. Deep tomato flavor in the marinara. Rigatoni cooked well.
1/2 order of their Gnocchi Pesto de Pistachio which was pillowy soft, with a great rich pistachio flavor.
Full order of the Pollo Vesuvio which had such a rich flavor. The chicken was cooked perfectly, and the dish had plenty of sauce which made the chicken super moist. Carrots were tender on the outside, but had a nice SNAP in the middle. Fingerling potatoes were "fork tender" and soaked up the sauce nicely. Next time, I'd ask for extra mushrooms. Not enough for me, I need more.
By the time we finished our entrées, we were so stuffed and didn't know if we were going to order dessert, or if we were going to tap out. Well Armando and Zoran had other plans for us. A few minutes later while I thought we were waiting for the dessert menu, they brought out a little "sampler" plate of desserts with the instructions of, "You don't have to eat it all, but you have to taste it all." On this beautifully decorated plate was 1 piece of what I believe was a pistachio mousse cake, 1 piece of tiramisu and 2 cannolis.
The pistachio mousse cake was hands down our favorite of the 3. It had a crust which I believe was made with ground up pistachios and caramel (butter and sugar melted), layer of mascarpone, layer of pistachio mousse, top layer of mascarpone and then topped with some crushed up pistachios. I first tried it layer by layer; then all layers together. Eating it all layers together is DEFINITELY the way to go on this one! Will need to try and get the recipe out of their pastry chef (wink wink). The tiramisu was light and airy with a nice espresso flavor, but the bit of espresso sauce on the plate under the tiramisu upped the ante on that "coffee flavor" of the cake. Last but certainly not least was their cannolis. The shell was airy and had a nice crunch. The cream pipped inside was good and light; however I felt needed perhaps a touch of coco powder sprinkled on it, or perhaps a couple of drops of pure vanilla? Maybe shaved dark chocolate! It was my least favorite, but still quite delightful.
Can't wait to come back again for another meal and bring some friends to share in this experience. Maybe next time, we'll just let the chefs make whatever they want and really have a gastric adventure!
Kudos to Ferraro's and the staff. You guys make dining out a true pleasure. I can see why Ferraro's has been around for as long as it has been. See you all soon!Apr 24, 2022Previous reviewI CAN NOT PRAISE THIS PLACE ENOUGH!
First off, do NOT let the fact that it's in a strip mall deter you. This place is a GEM of the HIGHEST QUALITY! Walk in the door, and it's NIGHT AND DAY difference from the outside. The décor is IMPECCABLE! The hostess even at 11:30pm was still so welcoming and full of smiles. We were greeted warmly, then shown to a table immediately.
Our server, Armando is TOP NOTCH! My friend and I could not decide on what to get. So he suggested that we get half orders of a couple of the dishes that we were debating on, and then 1 dish that we were interested in that couldn't be made as a half order. He also suggested a great wine for my friend.
I got the 1/2 order of Rigatoni alla Spilinga which was so BOLD in flavor with a hint of a "kick" on the back note of spice. That I quite enjoyed due to the spicy sausage in the sauce. Then got the 1/2 order of Spaghetti Cacio & Pepe con Crudo do Tonno. My friend got a 1/2 order of the Gnocchi Al Pistachio Siciliano and a 1/2 order for the Spaghetti Agallo. We also splurged for dessert and got the Tiramisu and the Torta Al Formaggio (cheesecake).
Everything was delicious. So much so, we didn't want to leave. I wanted to move into their kitchen FOREVER! Service was BEYOND, we wanted to put Armando in our pocket and take him back to LA with us!
5 stars is not high enough for this Vegas GEM! We will be back soon! - Aug 1, 2023
This place was on my list for a while, now I regret what took me so long!!
We decided to try the "summer in Italy" 4 course locals special for $65! What a great deal. Each course had multiple options to choose from and each course had a vegetarian option!
Food was delicious, their gnocchi was the best I ever had. Other great dishes were stuffed squash blossoms, salmon, chicken Milanese. For dessert their pistachio dessert and Tiramisu were amazing.
Service was outstanding! Our server Roland was on top of everything. Drinks we refilled before they hit the bottom of glass, new silverware for each course, every person from the busser to sommelier were amazing.
Can't wait to return!!
