      Working with John has taken a lot of the stress out of buying a car. I am confident that whenever I will need another car I can go back to Ferrante & Son and get a fair price. It is nothing like dealing with larger dealerships, where it feels like they are trying to scam you. Working with John and all of the staff at Ferrante & Son felt personal and was an exceptional experience. Highly recommend this place.

      Reached out for a vehicle they just put up for sale. Received a response via email from John within minutes. Gary was our salesman and he was funny, friendly and made the process seamless. Really was surprised at how great of an experience this was for us because as we all know, the usual dealership experience is to be dreaded. This was certainly the best experience going through the car buying process at Ferrante & Son.

      We'll be back for sure!

      Very disappointing experience trying to use John.

      Called him on Monday October 9th to discuss him helping to purchase a 2023 Toyota Tacoma. Told him i would like to get something in the next two weeks if possible. He told me to send over the specs of what i wanted and he would get back to me in a day or so. When i didn't hear from him in 3 days i called him early Thursday morning and left a message with his secretary who said John was busy and she would have him call me as soon as he was out of a meeting. When i didn't hear back by 2:00 i called again and after being put on hold was told John would call me as soon as he was off the phone. When i didn't get a call back i emailed John the next day with other specs and color options to look at. When i didn't receive a call back or acknowledgement of that email i called early Monday October 16th on my way to test drive a Tacoma in Redwood City. Again after being put on hold i was told John would call me back around 10:30. I told the secretary i would call John and that time and i did but John again did not take my call. When i did not hear back by 2:30 I followed up and again John did not take my call. John did call me around 4:30 and told me he had looked all over the state for a 2023 Toyota Tacoma in Lunar Rock but there were none to be found. He told me he thought that color was out of production for the year. I asked him about other colors and he sounded surprised that i would look at another color (the email from the previous Friday obviously was not looked at or read as it mentioned i was open to different colors). He then told me twice during this call that he would call me the next morning with what he could find. No John. i did not call him back that week but did send another email with Vin numbers, stock numbers, and specs for a few trucks i could find from the internet. When i did not receive a response by the following Monday i went to one of the online services and put in my specs for a White one. Within one hour i had 6 or 7 emails and 6 or 7 calls from different salespeople at different dealerships. When i called each them back we went through their inventories. i mentioned to one saleman that i really wanted the color Lunar Rock color but was told it was out of production. When he looked at deliveries to their dealership they had one in Lunar Rock with mostly all the features i wanted. i went down to the dealership and reserved it. i am now driving the truck i wanted in the color i wanted.

      i have yet to hear from John by email or call since he told me he would call me Tuesday October 17th.

      I owned a very successful service business for over 35 years and always tried to be courteous, call and email immediately, and execute on all aspects of our service.

      John Ferrante failed on all 3 of these.

      My daughter bought her first car on her own from Ferrante and Son. I live out of state and couldn't be with her. They treated her well and made the experience enjoyable. She got a fair deal and is very happy with the purchase. I highly recommend.

      They sold me a lemon which had to have the engine replaced at 38,000 miles. Their mechanic was also dishonest when spoken too. Vin was unable to be scanned at dealership. Very shady operation. Do not give them your business. What goes around comes around in the long run thankfully.

      My family has been buying cars from the Ferrante family for almost as long as they have been around. My first car came from them and they have taken extremely good care of us ever since. I have such deep trust with them that I have personally purchased 3 cars sight unseen. I've dealt with John most of the time and he always has time to connect, not just conduct business.

      I remember running past his office one time and I thought I'd just pop in to say hello. He put everything aside and talked for about an hour. My mom had just been diagnosed with brain cancer and it really felt like a counseling session more than anything.

      If you are looking to buy a vehicle know that they have the highest standards of care and you will feel like part of the family.

      I just picked up a lease return from John and Gary at Ferrante and son.

      It was without a doubt the best car buying experience ever. I took care of the paperwork and financing via email so that but the time I showed up all I had to do was sign the paperwork. It took 15 mins to get my car.

      They also hooked me up with a window tinting company and had the tint job done before I picked up my car.

      I'll be back next time I need a car.

      I have purchased many vehicles over the years from John along with many friends and relatives. His professionalism and work ethic has always been top notch. He makes it so easy to buy a vehicle rather than dealing with Stealerships who are just out to screw you over.
      I will continue to use John and his team.

      I seldom write reviews, but this place deserves one. I was looking around online for a car to purchase and I came upon this location after browsing through CarFax. Justin was extremely courteous and helpful during the entire process of looking at the car I was interested in all the way into handing me the keys. Justin and the rest of the employees at Ferrante & Sons gave me a great deal on the purchase of my new car, saving me at least a thousand dollars if I were to buy this car elsewhere. What is even better, he even helped me after the purchase of the car with some personal paperwork that I needed to take care of, accommodating me after our deal has been dealt. Great customer service and highly recommended. My first time here, but I can positively say that it may not be my last.
