There's something wrong with the equipment and/or procedures at this location. Every package of mine that comes through this location gets mysteriously delayed by several days after it arrives here. The status will show the shipment as Out For Delivery from here each day but it never gets delivered until several days later. All of my guaranteed 2-day shipments that come through here turn into 5-day shipments.

My package was due to be delivered on 11/18/23, it wasn't- they rescheduled for
11/20/23, it wasn't- they are now saying
11/21/23, this is BS!

I had ordered Yeezy slides from adias it said on friday august 26 that it had been delivered to me, ive checked my neighbors and no packages was there and I had checked the mail also nothing there, i was home all day waiting for my packages when you guys said it had been delivered I never received anything. This isnt the first time Ive got my packages stolen for fed ex me and my friends had encountered this situations many times by fed ex. All of the time where they had stolen my packages was from expensive brands or limited editions stuffs.

Wonderful service! In/out in less than 10 minutes. Agent was very accommodating in helping me select the best method to meet deadline and saved me more than $80 in fees. Very friendly & personable as well! FEDEX is fortunate to have a customer service associate of her caliber!

When I go into this store to drop off pre labeled ground packages it feels like they don't want the business. The other reviews are very similar to experience. Rude, unhelpful and generally miserable in their job. Guess it's just another day at FedEx.

I am not a person that typically rates. But FedEx had a complete service failure today and Customer Service was not helpful at all. We finally received our FedEx Envelope after chasing it all over town. It was held at the station & then delivered to the wrong address.

Most difficult fed ex I have ever been to. A package with my companies name on it came in and they wouldn't let me pick it up even with a business card showing I worked for the company. The lady at the front was extremely rude basically telling me that their was no other way I could get the package that after explaining that it was extremely urgent I get it that day. I would just suggest going to ANY other FedEx that is close by.

I needed to mail an overnight letter after work and this was the closest place that was open after 5pm. Convenient location and the front desk associate was very friendly. Go FedEx! You made my day a happy one!

Don't come here if you need to return something to Amazon. They will send you to another FedEx center.

Went to this fedex to pick up a package for my daughter and you would have thought I walked in there to steel something that wasn't mine. I was told that I couldn't pick it up for my daughter and I tried to explain that my daughter was out of town for a month. I was asked for my Id only to be told the address doesn't match what the packet says r the name, why would it it's my daughters.I believe in good customer service giving and receiving. Well if your anything like me and you feel the same don't go here because RAMONA is one of the rudest person that I have ever came across. I asked her for her manager and she claimed he wasn't on Duty, but they clearly had a sign with his name on it saying manager on duty. I asked her to write his name down as well as hers and she clearly said NO. Wow talking about disrespectful, I didn't lose my composure because I'm just a nice Person plus it doesn't help the situation but I did tell her that she was very rude. Another customer that was in line by the name of Maria saw the treatment I received from ROMONA and politely gave me her number and told me to give it to whoever I filled my complaint with. So see we still have some kind people around. As for ROMONA she needs to get a work from home job because that attitude isn't gonna get her far in life...
