Waited forever for our food. Because the waitress forgot to put our order in and when we finally got our food i was short 4 wings so instead of 12 I got 8 smh good thing I counted because I would have paid for 12 . just a all around bad experience waste of a Saturday night

Went to this place on a Thursday evening. I was drawn in from a Facebook post advertising .60 cent shrimp. I advised I was waiting on someone while sitting at any table. My server didnt see about me until 10min later. I finally ordered drink and food. Got the wing combo and added shrimp. You most order a dozen for the .60 cent deal. It took 20 to 25 min for my food to come out. Mind you it wasnt busy. My child and I was hungry. I asked for breaded cajun ranch wings. When my food arrived I felt leery about the look of the wings. I ate one and saw a little red. I ate 2 small wings and they were ok. My guest finally arrived which she is pregnant might I add. I advised her about the wings before hand. I started to eat another one just in case and this one was really bloody. I couldn't go on any longer. I advised my slow waitress. She asked if I wanted the owner/manager and took my plate. Owner never came. My plate came back to the table. She asked if I wanted a reorder of the wing combo. I said the shrimp are good and cooked perfect just give us a order of shrimp. It took 25min for a order of 12 shrimp. I got my bill and it was $21.00. No compensation or anything taken off. No feedback from the owner manager or cook or anything. I still tipped the waiter at least 16% but I wont be back. The service sucks. Bad customer service from staff and definitely owner/manager. Still feel sick to my stomach from the uncooked wings. Just disgusting. Beware!!!

Came here yesterday with some friends and it was great. Awesome owner! Truly cares about his customers and making sure his food is on point. Best fried pickles ever! Great drinks and specials as well.

Awesome service, awesome food! I'm not from the area but, the name intrigued me. So glad we stopped in. Owner Tony treated us like family. If you're on Yelp trying to decide whether or not to stop... Do! You won't be sorry.

So far so good. I read that this place was closed at one point in time but Bar Rescue came in and updated the once "Dive Bar" status.

I will say the steamed oysters, shrimp, and garlic butter wings were decent. The customer service is good and the owner/bartender aims to please.

Because I'm new to Jacksonville I have no idea what this place was like before but I can say, from what I experienced tonight, Fatballs is going in the right direction.

There's a live DJ who is jammin' and there are pool tables here as well. It's a cool spot to eat, chill, shoot pool, and dance.

Ok the TVshow "Restaurant Rescue" came in and revamped the place it is AWESOME!!!!!
Food has changed and is Excellent!!! Oysters are .60 cents a piece!!!! Make sure to get the ones with garlic butter sauce!!!!!!

Greeted by reggea music and sports on the television this is a perfect place to relax and enjoy a good meal.

There is a full bar and pool tables to hang out but I came for the seafood. The buttery Cajun flavor on the shrimp is amazing ! The portion of the crablegs with potatoes sausage and corn was more than enough for my husband and I to split with having an appetizer.

When I ordered my pineapple drink it came with 2 free blue crabs. So I paid $8 for a drink which is normal and then had 2 free blue crabs with it . How perfect!

They also have $5 full meal lunch specials . Burgers and fries and all that good stuff!

I had Fry Shrimp and Blue Crabs they were great. The staff is nice and friendly. This is a nice hang out spot.

Staff and manager ghetto and very unprofessional. Waited a whole hour before I could speak with a manger about my check. The credit card system was down and I was not able to cash out. Waiter kept assuring me that it will be a couple more minutes before the system come back up. However it never came up and the manager wanted me to leave my ID and go to the bank and come back. When I told her I wasn't able to do that she got upset and said that there was nothing she can do about the system and would not release my credit card to me. When I began to demand my card a customer offered to pay my bill for me and I left. As I'm walking out the mangers daughter who works there also had some irrelevant words to say I guess to get under my skin because me and her mother the manger had words.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVERRRRRR. Planned on enjoying a drink over some oysters with my husband. Was feeling the vibe although it took them 20 minutes to bring my drink and another 15 for my oysters. Anywho, as we began to enjoy oysters we decided to order 10 cajun Ranch wings for $10. I requested smaller wings (personal preference) and the waitress said that would be fine. After about 20 more minutes my wings came and they were ALL FLATS with MINIMUM sauce, so I sent them back immediately. The waitress took then back UNTOUCHED. She then came back and said that she couldn't give us out check until she spoke to the OWNER the OWNER then came to our table and told us we had to pay for it we told him that we didn't want it, why we didn't want it, and that the waitress had already took them back UNTOUCHED. He called the cops. After the OFFICER found out what was going on and explained to the OWNER that he couldn't arrest us or make us pay for something we DIDN'T TOUCH, EAT, NOR HAVE POSSESSION OF, the OWNER still insisted we pay because he was " tired of customers sending food back LONG story short...we paid for our oysters and drinks and the OFFICER PAID for the wings NEEDLESS TO SAY WE'LL NEVER GO BACK TO FATBALLS
