Quick and easy. Found a few other things wrong with my car that the other big company's would charge me a lot more for. Great guys over here.

Friendly staff, got in quickly and they were up front with cost. You can just stay inside your car, very convenient.

My go to place for an oil change. Not the closest to my house but over the years they have been consistently quick, reliable, and friendly. They're not aggressive with upselling. I appreciate that and it just makes for a better experience. Good value.

I've been coming here for years. Alway have treated me well. Plus they do an excellent job on my car!

I stoped by today after about a year since my last horrible experience with the assistant manager here and was treated horribly again.
They have my car connected to some business I have no attachments to. Last time I came I gave the lady in the front my ID and kindly asked to attach my name name and info to my vehicle. it's been about a year or so since I had that uncounted and just today I was approached again by the assistant manager saying "we don't service cars for that business anymore" what business????? I'm just a young girl trying to get an oil change close by home. Instead of asking me hey do you mind if i get your id or a phone number I can look you up by he went a disrespectful route once he saw me get upset he then changed his tone of voice to act like he cared and was trying to fix the situation when this isn't the first time he's done this to me. I asked to leave because I did not feel comfortable having them work on my car. As I drove off I heard a loud noise under my car.. I got more upset I asked the guy guiding me out what the managers name that just talked to me was he said "sorry can't tell you that" so I got ahold of the district manager and and letting him know what just happened as well as contacted the police for a police report. If my car is damaged I will be extremely upset. I am not moving my car until I file a police report.

Do not bring your car here. I usually would let things go but this is the second time he's done this to me and this time I heard a noise and I refuse to let someone do this to me.
Ive been sitting in my car here across from the location and I see Their whole group of young kids (employees) standing around smoking and laughing. Must be nice to come to work treat people like shit and get away with it. Well not today. I did nothing wrong. I have had this car 7 years this should be under my name and my name only!!!!

I have been getting my oil changes at Fast Lane ever since they first opened at this location. They do a complete lube safety check, and you can visit them for fluids top offs. Excellent and fast service.
