Farmer Boys

First time here, it's been a long time since I ate at a Farmer Boys, so I was pleasantly surprised to find one close to home and let me tell you ... I thought the food was delicious!! I had the "Barn Burner" Burger with double patty. It was really good, not very spicy , but totally delicious flavors. I enjoyed the freshness of the burger patty and lettuce and tomatoes. Also enjoyed the strawberry shake and chili-cheese fries. She had the Cobb salad which was awesome. Huge size but all the vegetables were fresh and crisp. Everything you could ask for in a lighter and filling fare. So if you're in the area, I'd highly recommended stopping by. I'll be coming back.

Oh ... and in case you missed it, like I did, breakfast is served all day!!

A little over prized in my opinion. My order is normally $15 I think. But I got it for $15.

Def more on the healthier side so that's good. Order at the front. Sat outside & they bring the food out to you & you put it away at the trash after

Not entirely sure why this location has the amount of stars it has now but I can tell you that EVERYTHING is great about this place/location. Maybe parking not so much depending on the day you visit since there's a hotel nearby but other than that, it's a great location. I will also note that I've been going to this fine establishment when I'm in the mood for some delicious burgers!

FOOD & SERVICE
My girlfriend and I have probably tried almost all there burgers but the day we went with the food photos provided, we had the Farmer's Burger and the Double Big Cheese Burger with an added fried egg. Their delicious, juicy, mouth-watering burgers always hits the spot and I can't complain. Hand down one of my favorite burger joints in SoCal! Oh what their fries! For me I don't care too much about fries...but their fries. Not sure what wizardry methods they use to make 'em but it's got this nice light crisp to it!

SERVICE & ENVIRONMENT
For this particular location, it's pretty clean and tidy. I can't complain about it and their service is pretty on par! Cashier guy was pretty helpful and patient while we were trying to decide what to order and had a nice enthusiastic attitude! Props to that gent who was working on February 25, 2024 around 2pm

OVERALL
If you want a REAL burger, come here. Some of the best authentic burgers I've had. You know I'll be back again Farmer Boys!

I ordered the Double Big Cheese Box which is: 1/2 lb. of 100% USDA fire-grilled pure beef, 2 slices of American cheese, crisp lettuce, freshly sliced tomato, dill pickles, diced onion, and house-made 1000 island dressing on a locally baked premium brioche bun. Served with Always Crispy Fries® and a refreshing drink.

WHAT A PERFECT BURGER! It's just a good, familiar tasting hamburger. It's everything you want in a classic burger. By the time I got to my destination, it was an hour, so I can't report about the quality of the french fries when they're cold. My fault. My dad enjoyed the hour old vanilla shake. And I had Vanilla Cold Brew. It was creamy, sweet, and delightful.

I went after two years, the quality had increased and as always the waiter and cashier are kind and friendly and the restaurant is very clean and you feel that the food is very fresh.

I don't know much about their other food but it does look good

I've been eating their Cobb salad for years. It's simply the best.

Located next to a hotel, but there are specific parking spots for Farmer Boys.

One of the less crowded Farmer Boy locations likely because they do not have a drive through. Service is quick and the staff is really nice. The food menu is focused on burgers, sandwiches, and couple sides. Not too much not too little!

My favorite are the zucchini sticks because they are so hot and fresh. The burgers are a step up from fast food drive through. On par with Habit. Do yourself a favor and sit in the dining room and eat your Farmer boy's meal because it tastes so much better nice and hot. The dining room is kept nice and clean too.

My first time at Farmer Boys was way better than I expected. Decided on In N Out for lunch nearby but then remembered Farmer Boys and decided to give it a go.

The menu seemed pretty simple but after ordering I realized they do have a pretty extensive menu. I definitely can't wait to come back to explore their menu further. They do also have a breakfast menu that is served all day.

Got 2 bacon boy burgers and the chicken tender combo with fries. Everything was incredibly fresh and hot. I do think dining in makes a difference but even then, I was pleasantly surprised. I am a sauce girl. They do have a lot of sauce options and don't charge extra.

This is a perfect substitute when you're craving a burger but want a little bit of everything.

Love that they serve breakfast all day. At 4pm, I ordered 3-egg breakfast, lol. It came with sausage, hash brown, whole wheat toast. Solid comfort food. The Irvine location is close to airport, is spacious, well maintained. Each table has all the hot sauce and selection of jam or jelly. Service is prompt and staff is friendly. Excellent option for breakfast when in the area.

I have submitted multiple complaints about my recent order and I have not heard anything from the restaurant. I usually go to the Huntington Beach location, but I was near the Irvine area so I decided to stop by at the Farmer Boys in Irvine. When my wife and I got her food, I got a breakfast platter with eggs, bacon, hashbrowns and pancakes and my wife got a salad. The pancakes were halfway burnt. The bacon was half burnt have not done. The eggs were half burnt and done and the hashbrowns were soaked in grease. My wife's salad was bad. Her avocado was rotten and the lettuce appeared to be old. I didn't go up and tell them and I should have. I want my money back.

Farmer Boys burgers and sandwiches are delicious but for me their standout is their fries. They have the best fries in the industry, each one is so crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and flavorful potato-y yummines. They really elevate the meal here and are so good. I also love avocado and they have a lot of avocado items on the menu.
