Family Creations is an amazing agency that takes the time to really work with their egg donors and help them through the complex donation process.

I worked with Emily and she was the most amazing case manager. My egg donation process began last February and let me say it has been a rough and challenging process, but Emily was always able to make it better. She was helpful, insightful, understanding and supportive. Given the unusually rough circumstances around my donation I have to say Emily consistently went above and beyond. I especially appreciated all of her firsthand knowledge - she was able to relate with my feelings and struggles and helped me get through the last 9 months.

Overall, I can't imagine going through the last several months without her. She is great at her job and a wonderful person. I was very lucky to have her support.

Family creations has been a nightmare to work with, they sent a gestational carrier to my clinic in another state TWICE and charged me for her plane ticket hotel stay etc, and both times she did NOT QUALIFY due to her weight was too high! The second time today she was already aware of the weight situation and still went back to the clinic and was AGAIN turned away due to her weight. Family creations Jared takes absolutely no responsibility for this and does not even apologize to me only makes excuses saying well she was just a couple pounds over! I'm requesting they refund me the money used for her hotel stay and $900 plane ticket both times because it is ridiculous they sent her there TWICE when she was still overweight. and they refuse to take any responsibility.

I am a gay intended parent. My husband and I have talked with almost 10 egg donor agencies outside the database of our clinic and we hope we can find our matched egg donor much faster. We have worked with Joann Haynes and she is AMAZING! She is quite responsive and professional. She can definitely help you find your match much faster after given the criteria. She knows about every lady in her database. She got back us super fast after I had thrown her tons of questions for the egg donor.

We did encounter some turbulence during the journey as our first chosen egg donor backed out suddenly. So do expect some of like this might happen because people change their mind. However, Joann handled really really well. She helped us get a new match within one week and our journey was very smooth. We are super satisfied! So do grab Joann for your case manager, she is phenomenal! She shared her working phone number with us and I texted her whenever we had any question and she came back to us very quickly. I have never seen an egg donor agent like this.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I was a surrogate working with this agency and it was a nightmare! I would have left but we loved the couple we were matched with. If I had to do all over again, I would have gone to a different anency.
I started this journey very excited and ready to get going! Let's just say I began the process in April and did not get pregnant until the end of September. Mostly due to very poor communication. On the agencies part and the clinic. I felt left in the dark most of the time, very frustrating and definitely dampered my excitement. I went through multiple case workers and was finally connected to one I really liked, she left the company:(
Once we were able to communicate with the couple things were much better but this agency was very unprofessional! Steer clear!

Just finished my first surrogate journey with Family Creations. I don't have any complaints. From start to finish they were absolutely amazing and supportive. I was matched with wonderful intended parents within a few days. I was pleasantly surprised on just how fast everything started. My case manager Mary was fantastic. She was always prompt to get back to me and made sure the whole journey went smoothly. Definitely glad I went with Family Creations for my first surrogate journey. I was connected to Family Creations through a friend and it was the perfect fit for my surrogacy journey. The staff were responsive, communicative and supportive every step of the way - from the initial intake and IP matching process, until the very last reimbursement submittal. I was able to email or call with any issue or question and they would get back to me within 24 hours at the latest (almost all of the times they were same day). They make the process so easy and simple for me and my family. Since it was my first time as a surrogate, there were a lot of unknowns along the way. I felt safe knowing that the staff had my back. I also was impressed with the lawyer they provided me for all the paperwork. He made all the legal work of it straightforward. He also made himself available for any questions that I had. The IPs that I was matched with were the most perfect couple ever. I could not have imagined a better match for us. Everything fell into place over the course of the journey, and now that the baby is here the family is over the moon. They are so appreciative of me and I in turn am indebted to Family Creations for matching us together. I would recommend this agency to anyone who is unsure of what surrogacy looks like or how to navigate the way. They will walk you through it make sure you are comfortable first and foremost. They were my advocate through the entire process. I was compensated everything outlined in the legal agreement and they also made sure I was as well. They staff and my case manager did not miss anything during the entire process. This was everything and more that I thought my surrogacy journey would be. Thank you Mary and Family Creations!

I had the most amazing experience being a surrogate and I thank everyone at Family Creations for all the help and support through my journey. I've donated three times with family creations, going on my fourth time. I absolutely love everyone I've come in contact with there! They are all extremely helpful and make the donor's life as easy as possible! Joann has been my case manager every single time and she is the best! I love these guys, highly HIGHLY recommend!
