I've used a few body shops in the North Bay area and they're all very good, restoring my vehicles back to the condition they were before the accidents, so there's not much to write about. But last month my 2019 F150 needed body work after a young man crashed into the left side of my truck. My company suggested Falcon in Concord. After 2 weeks, as promised, I came to pick up the truck and of course it was fixed beautifully as expected and the bonus was the detailing job they had done to my truck, inside and outside. Looked like a brand new truck, again. Got home, I noticed that they'd replaced one of the light bulb in my tail lights too. A week later, my wife said the AC didn't work, I spoke to Herson and he told me they only worked on the body but bring it back anyway so they could take a look. Herson had a technician came out and troubleshot and replaced a fuse to get the AC going. Now, that was above and beyond customer service. I was not only happy but really delighted. Thanks Herson! Oh, I forgot to mention that they picked up my truck from my home in Suisun City and brought it to Concord to work on it too. Hopefully I won't need their service anymore, LOL, but if I do, they're the one I'd think of.

DO NOT take your vehicles here. Only go if you want your PAINT to look like a BAD WRAP. They even will give you a "warranty" for either 3 or 5 years, but yet won't cover anything. Far beyond disappointed with this paint job that is peeling, cracking and falling off less then 1 year after being painted at Falcon collision. This place is a joke.

For the consumers who are reading this, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS BODY SHOP!! I GOT THE RUN AROUND FROM HERSON! He over priced my damages just to collect money for himself and also lied to me about fixing my car! It ALSO TOOK 1 month and 3 wks just to complete my car. When I first met HERSON he was so forceful in getting my business and not to mention he stated his work is guaranteed!! He lied to us AND HIS WORK ISN'T GUARANTEED!! and SAVE YOUR SELF A HEADACHE FROM THIS BODYSHOP! DONT BE HIS LATEST VICTIM!!

All of that sounds good and glad it only too you all a few months to draft your response. Facts are Falcon did in fact receive violations and the Bureau of automotive repair did have to come down there and teach you guys how to run your business and your paperwork was being done incorrectly. All the rust was seen and the pictures I have of the car before the work began shows it. All parts were provided prior to any work being done. The car looks significantly worse after Falcon worked on it than before it went into your shop. Again anyone thinking of going to Falcon if you have a old school classic car BEWARE of the butchers.
The deal was $4,000. And after they got some free Christmas spending cash (my money $3,000) they tried to change the deal.
Stay away from Falcon Auto Collision in Berkeley.

I couldn't say anything bad about these guys. I unfortunately had a little accident in my work vehicle "Volvo XC60" a few weeks back. I had a small dent and the actual cap had fallen off. I contacted my companies vehicle service company Wheels and they suggested a place near home in Emeryville. I was very lucky to find these guys and thankful that they could get me in. Not only did they get me in that day for a photo but they scheduled me in for a repair the following Monday. They even contacted a rental company for me to pick me up from the shop so I could continue to work without a car. It can be hard to find a local repair shop that will treat you fairly while doing everything in their power to keep the experience positive while maintaining quality & efficiency .

From day one, they team were extremely warm and patient. I will defiantly be referring Falcon to any friends and local Yelpers. Not only did they have my Volvo repaired by that following Tuesday but they replaced my burnt out break light and gave my car a nice shine after they were finished.

But here is a quick tip:
I think its really hard business to be in and as much as the owner want to get your car back to your arms as soon as possible ,few times its took a little longer than expected(they are very busy and working with all the big insurance companies and I often even see the Berkeley police cars got fixed there) so always ask how long they think the job will take and add another few days to it because this is a hard job to do and takes time in order to do it right and perfect. Personly, I think its worth the wait.

its been a year or so since falcon collision fixed our car due to car accident. now the paint of our chevy camaro is starting to peel the paint of our car. i don't know what happened or how do they paint our car, and herson, one of the owner doesn't want to admit about it and they don't want to fixed it cause they said that we just ran over some white paint over the road. but heres the pictures. its peeling over the bumper and on the side of the car. guys never entrust your car over them. its hard to deal with them. There service are not good, they over charged the parts and their service. They took nearly 4 months to fixed our car.

As someone who is always unfortunate to be a victim of hit and run, or someone bumping my car while it is parked in a lot I have used Falcon Collision many times. Herson and his brothers have been very accommodating every time I need their services. They will tow your car if needed if it is unsafe to drive. They will help you talk to your insurance to get your car repaired and even coordinate with a rental car company if your car needs to be in the shop longer than expected.

Their shop in Berkeley is really nice. There is a clean and comforatable lounge/waiting room for you to wait for your car. My car always looks amazing when Falcon Collision fixes it. It looks brand new. They went the extra mile by checking my brakes, the fluids, they even repaired my automatic window which was not working. You really get excellent service and work at this shop! Definitely recommend this place!

This is my go to shop and I live in San Francisco. They are loyal and never get over on you. Herson works non stop to make sure you are happy. Shop is an A ++++ in my book!
