Fairview Flower Shop

I made an ordered last night the arrangement I picked looks nothing like the picture it really looks like it was just thrown together with no effort. I asked my friend who father just passed to send me a picture and when I showed her what I ordered she was like it's ok I'll just arrange them around, it's the thought that counts. I love that but no one should have to rearranged anything. I keep calling and the phones not working this is my first and last time ordering from this shop.

I love this flower shop! The people who run it are so nice and helpful. Their arrangements are beautiful and reasonably priced. Terrific customer service!

I sent these to a dear friend who threw me a lovely baby shower. The ordering process was easy. I placed my order last night at around 10 pm online and the flowers were delivered to her around 3pm this afternoon. The $15 delivery fee for same day local was reasonable. I was however a little disappointed with the size. I choose the mid tier deluxe arrangement and it seems smaller than other arrangements I've ordered from other local florists. The whole deal ended up costing me around $98 which is what I would normally pay for a true mid tier arrangement. My friend was delighted and that is what counts.

I needed a special arrangement complete with miniature deer sent to a recuperating friend. Kristin was very pleasant to deal with - she put together the perfect thing. It was quite a hit with the patient. The card was signed Bambi - had to assure his wife it wasn't an exotic dancer. I highly recommend the flower shop.

I am a floral Designer. My boyfriend was so sweet to go get me flowers for my birthday this evening. I was so disappointed when he said this is what the "lady" gave him and he spent $50.00. It takes all my Will not to take these OLD flowers up to the shop and ask if she would take these home to someone.

My mom was nice enough to from TX order flowers to be sent after my knee surgery. I most definitely was not in the right state to see how nice they were, although when my mom arrived the next week to help me out - she was very disappointed at the quality and presentation of the flowers. She called and Brenda was very nasty to her on the phone and when I called to follow up the woman said they had a strict 48 hour follow up policy. I am sorry but I was a little out of it post-knee surgery to worry about calling back about flowers. There was no resolution offered besides sass on the phone.


Finally, I love nothing more than to support local businesses in Decatur but this is one I will not be supporting again in the future.

Update: after several stressful calls and this review the shop sent me a BEAUTIFUL new bouquet.

I had Fairview Flower shop send a bouquet to the Dekalb Medical Ctr in the hopes to cheer up my very sick son in law. My daughter sent me a photo when the flowers arrived, I was unpleasantly surprised, for my $78.11 was a very, very skimpy bunch of flowers, that were neither fresh nor attractive. My daughter sent the photo to the shop as they requested via e-mail, never heard a word. I called them 3 times and received the royal run-around, asked to speak to the owner, said he would call me back and of course I never heard from him. OK, so a word to the wise, Don't send flowers from the Fairview Flower shop in Decatur GA .
