If there was less than one star I would give it. I did a meet and greet with DR Wong for 3-5 mins, in her office sitting across a desk from her. It was almost 4 years ago, when I was pregnant and looking for a Dr whose vibe I liked, to deliver my daughter. They submitted a $200 bill to me and my insurance and called it an "office visit", meaning they did an exam on me. This is FRAUD. I complained about it at the time and the office, after I complained many many times, said they would waive the bill. Now, almost 4 years later I'm getting calls from the Facey billing dept who is also threatening to send this bill to collections. DESPICABLE.

This review is solely for Dr. Tina Verder who made the delivery of my second child a nightmare experience. Dr. Verder wasn't even my OBGYN. She shares a practice with Dr. Wong and Dr. Trites, and she just happened to be on call the weekend I checked into the hospital.

I saw her one time in the office before the delivery, and even then, I realized that her personality is sort of cold and awkward. However, the morning I delivered, she was leaving for a vacation later that day, and so she rushed me through a failed induction and a C-section that was traumatizing in every way. When my rushed induction failed, she had the nurse inform me that I would need a C-section rather than do it herself because she lacks any kind of bedside manner or, you know, basic human compassion. She even yelled at the nurse at one point because I wanted to take 2 minutes to use the restroom before going into surgery.

Anyway, avoid this entire OBGYN office because having Dr. Verder deliver your child is just too big a risk to take. She is the worst doctor I've ever encountered.

Although I did like the primary care physician I was assigned to I have been waiting for three months for a referral to a neurologist. The first two neurologists never returned my calls. The third did not do botox for migraines. The fourth was 45 minutes away. The fifth was a repeat of the first one, and now the sixth cannot see me until May - even though I was marked as urgent. I have been off my medication since January. This is absolutely untenable. This is literally the most unprofessional situation I have ever encountered. PLEASE DO NOT USE FACEY. If there was anything I could do to switch up my primary care, I would. This is a total and complete mess.

This review is for only Dr. Tina Verder. Whatever you do avoid this "doctor" at all costs. First, I do not know how this woman is a doctor because it does not seem that she knows what she is doing. I was thought to be going through a miscarriage (but needed blood tests to confirm) and I had the unfortunate luck to be assigned to her. She told the nurse that I didn't need a copy of my ultrasound because there was no baby there despite not having blood tests to confirm it at that point. As a doctor you think she would have some sort of compassion or human decency to maybe understand how traumatic such a situation could be. When blood tests confirmed I was losing the baby she sent me to a random urgent care for assistance. The urgent care did not provide any services that she said I needed and I was turned away.

This woman is incompetent at best and will only make a truly terrible situation worse.

Avoid this woman at all costs!!

Very frustrated with the front office staff due to poor communication. 11:15am appointment and I checked my confirmation email - 11:15am. I was 7 min late, watched two groups of people file in before me before asking what happened. I heard the front desk person whisper "oh she was 24 min late". First, if they thought that why didn't they tell me that? Second, my appointment was at 11:15 and I got there at 11:22. I understand some delay due to 7min late but no communication and the discrepancy in appointment times is frustrating.

Last year I had to have an invasive procedure and the I had to call multiple times to get any information about it or medications I was going to take. They never called back when they said they would and I could hardly get ahold of them.

Never coming back.

I just made a phone call to make an appointment for my daughter. Edith Gutierrez was an exceptional receptionist. She really made time for me to book my daughter for her needs. Edith was professional, accommodating, and caring. She really made my stressful day at ease. Thank you Edith for your help.

Dr. Jody Levy is an absolute amazing Doctor who actually cares about her patients.
She has called and checked up on me on a few different occasions.
I am writing this because recently I thought I had a simple bladder infection, but turned out to be low grade bladder cancer. If she hadn't suggested I see a urologist ASAP
I wouldn't have found the CANCER. It wound have become something much worse. I had it removed within 3 days. I am now cancer free

The facility is new and gorgeous. Low traffic, which is nice. Four floors and the parking garage is a short walk away.

Currently, in the age of Covid, your plus one can accompany you upstairs but must wait in the lobby or outside. Makes sense.

Two entrances for the parking garage, but be warned that it's $16 at most and the offices only cover the first hour! Ample metered and free parking out front, but pay attention to the signs.

Located on the corner of Lindley and Ventura in Tarzana. Busy intersection, right next to Cedars Sinai (also new) and a pharmacy.

I WAS a patient of Dr. Diana Wong for many years and like her very much. 10 months after my well woman visit of 2021 I received a bill from Facey for a visit which is covered 100% by Medicare. I spent weeks communicating with Dr Wong who assured me that her notes stated it was a well-woman visit. After numerous phone calls and electronic messages I was told by her office staff that this happened to several Medicare patients. Merna from Facey had the nerve to call me yesterday (15 months after the fraudulent billing) telling me that the visit was billed correctly.
My advice is to steer clear of Facey Medical unless you want to deal with an ignorant and arrogant billing department.

worst facility ever. I walked out insulted, embarrassed and crying. I hate this place and won't return again. I'm not acknowledged here or taken care of. waste of time. worst Obgyn ever
