I usually use another company for house cleaning, but I don't have regularly scheduled service so I'm not a priority appointment and if I try to schedule last minute they often can't fit me in. I found this company on Angie's List and I wish I had purchased the services through them because then there is a service guarantee.

They were super responsive to my questions, quoted a reasonable price and were available the day I needed them. I came home to a house definitely cleaner than when I left. But corners were cut. Tops of shelves weren't dusted. Blinds were hit or miss, some look like someone quickly went over them, others weren't touched at all. I have a tray on my bathroom counter, around it was nice and clean, underneath it, not cleaned at all. A dirty bucket should never be put on a clean linen runner. And I have a stain on my rug that was not there yesterday.

I understand that the price quoted is for a certain amount of time and if things cannot be completed in that time then they either don't get done or you have to pay more. I would have preferred to pay more than I was originally quoted and have those things be done well, than come home to find that certain things were not done/done well.

It's too bad because the reviews on Angie's List are great and the price was good enough that had the cleaning been to standard I might have found my regular cleaning company.

Their service is terrible. They are Very unreliable, rude, unprofessional and don't speak English. We are American Mexican, and I don't speak Spanish. They were always running late, not consistent in their cleaning, they would forgot to clean ceiling fans, shutters, and they clean your wood furniture with wet water rags, I had to kick one cleaning lady out of my house because she came in my room giving me dirty looks. I told the owner ( Bernice ) not to ever send her back to our house again. It was always drama, and very stressful. Also, Bernice, the owner always sent different people to your house not knowing exactly what to do. One guy came over and asked me a question in a very rude manner. He stated for me to call his boss and I stated you call your boss ( Bernice ) the owner and you should already know what to do. Also, sometimes the cleaning ladies would get upset with each other if one of them was too slow cleaning. It made me feel so uncomfortable in my own home. We are Very thankful that we found a different business, and we are very satisfied with them.

Best in town! Can't believe how great the service was for such reasonable price and the detailed work and craftsmanship. A good close friend of mine recommended me this business and they did not disappoint.

by far impressed I mean I was in a complete state of shock when i saw my place after they were done. I thought I cleaned it pretty good but dang i was wrong. I needed the entire place cleaned too to bottom every inch because I was moving out. These girls really impressed me. I mean the oven looked brand new ,the walls were spotless ,the bathroom was so clean I could eat off the toilet ... that clean yes. They really see the whole picture when they clean. I could never do that. I'm am so grateful for them. I'd definitely recommend their service to anyone in need of a clean big or small.

I contacted the owner Verenice. She sent two of her workers over to clean our home when they arrived they both seem like they were irritated with each other. They workers did not know we could understand Spanish but one of them was telling the other that she feels she's being lazy with her work. long story short that specific girl must have not shown much interest because there were places where the house wasn't cleaned properly. At the end of the day when you're paying for a service you expect certain things. I think the owner should do a better job with her employees who may be having issues wirh one another before it impacts there quality of work.

She got my house cleaner than I thought was possible. She did a great job and I will be using her again. She was worth every penny!

Had these ladies come for a deep clean and they did a FANTASTIC job! We've had several house cleaners before that always seemed to cut corners and miss the important things. Verenice and her girls did great - I'm so happy with the way my house looks. So happy that they'll be coming once a month to help me out from now on.

They drove from Modesto to Stockton to provide an in person quote very quickly, they showed up on time, price was very good, and they even cleaned the garage! I would use again for all of my cleaning needs!

They came out of their normal area to do a move in cleaning for me. They spent 6 hours at my new home scrubbing from top to bottom and they did a fabulous job! They even cleaned my high hanging light and it looks amazing. I am so happy with their work and highly recommend.
