OMG ! This is the best car buying experience ever ! I felt I was at a massage parlor and spa and surrounded by beautiful woman who wanted to give me ass massage with her lovely painted toenails while I gazed upon what I just won in a lottery...... A BRAND NEW CCCAAAAAARRRRRR!  they offered this to me for a sum of 500 whole mint condition penny's! Instead....I was so excited I gave them 700....so wonderful the test drive, they put sugar in the gas tank to sweeten it for me....how lovely of them !!! (clap clap clap)...then the test drive through the ghetto was all it took......parts fell from under the car and made the best music in ringing noises ever....so enchanting, then there seem like fireworks and wonderful clouds ....like 4th of JUly ! Yippeee! Then I got invited to more parties....flashing lights from the City....Firetrucks and Police were so kind to greet me , Im invited to a huge party at 9 am at their own courthouse, I even get to talk to the judge over how wonderful my new car is !  I dont have to pay the cover charge until after ....such gracious saints these people are!.....oh but they say, stay away from Pizza Palace....e coli and salmonella on a crust, they our trying to poison people....and those pesky slaves stealing $$$ because they think they are entitled to it from their work driving their own car and gas for their pheasant service...the nerve of these worthless slaves!  They just cant accept themselves as less than human as they are and were only born to service us important people.

BOught a car here. It wasn't bad until the manager started calling me and asking for his change back. I later returned the car which was already worth less than the change I owed him so he charged me interest on the change. Terrible service, but free jerky so... win!

When I wanted to buy a car, they refused to be honest with me. They were not transparent with the history of the car and refused to provide paperwork or credentials instead insisting on me putting money down. These guys are very dishonest and notice how the most recent "5 star review" only has one review in their history.

So my old ford escort finally died on me. I'm thinking what am I going to do? I didn't have enough money to really get a new car. Then I score a new job and hit a scratch ticket! I lived right down the road from this place so I go check it out. I see a newer Audi there I like. It was a coupe not a lot of room in the back seats. The sales man trying to up sell me to a sedan states that there was no way my overweight mother could fit in the back seat. I was offended but let it go. I ended up buying the car. I go to pick it up a day later and everything's good. I leave the lot and turn on the AC. Cause it's super hot out. And all of a sudden it smelt like shit! I had no idea what was wrong. But it smelt like shit! And the worst part was when I got to the gas station to get some fresh air my mother was stuck in the backseat, so she had to smell the shit AC for an extra 20 minutes. The gas station dude says it might be a dead animal in the air filter box. We open it up and guess what we find in my new used audis air filter box... A HUGE LINCOLN LOG SHIT! There was a dookie in my new cars air filter! Someone actually hovered over the engine of my car and took a dump in the air filter before delivering me my car! What in Fucks name! I took it back and demanded my money back and demanded that motherf@$ckers job! They gave me my cash back and it was still short 7$ but I didn't care I left and went and bought a fiat 500!

I was visiting and wanted to buy car for my daughter. They lied to me, one guy attempted to hike the cost of the car by 500.00 not knowing I was already given a price. Crooks the whole lot of them. Trust no one on this car lot. These are the perfect example of why people hate used car dealers! STAY AWAY!!!! Very Rude people!!!

I have never seen customer service like this before. I was shocked when I walked inside. I went with my cousin who's actually a local down there and I was shocked by how they treated us. I wanted to book a flight and go back to Cali ASAP. It took them 15 mins to even acknowledge us. Then the owner came up stared us down in a disgraceful way and told us to wait. Before we could even reply he was already having a conversation with one of the workers who didn't even acknowledge our existence. We decided to walk out. They saw us walk out and didn't even care. AVOID THIS PLACE BY ALL MEANS! I think the owner is already well off and doesn't care about his business anymore. If you want to be disrespected by all means come here. He treats his customers in an inappropriate manner. He talks to you as if your his kid.

CROOKS!! This place deserves zero stars. Purchased my vehicle and noticed a knocking sound in the engine a few days later i took it to a nearby mechanic to see what the problem was. They told me it was a car salvaged from a flood. Mechanic asked me where I made the purchase, I responded F&R. Mechanic smirked and said that every car that comes off that lot most likely is salvaged from natural disaster and that they see 3-4 a month. When I returned the vehicle the sales associates all came into the main office and verbally attacked me at once, one lady even threatened to "put a boot in my a**".
