Pam and khan are my favorite not sure if khan is returning but Pam slayes my eyebrows

I won't be coming back here for eyebrow threading. The first time I went a few months back and I wasn't impressed but it got the job done. I decided to go back to give it a second chance and I truly regret it. I came out with uneven brows. Both my friend and I noticed my right eyebrow is thicker then the left eyebrow and the shape is slightly different. Not to mention she missed several hairs and i had to finish plucking when I got home. I know I naturally have uneven brows but this was made it worse. At first I didn't quite notice because I was distracted by the huge amount of cut eyebrows hairs all over my face upon completion. She also did my eyebrows so fast it felt rushed and without care or precision.


Had to write this review to remind myself I'm never coming back.

5+ Stars! Pam is amazing at what she does. She threaded my eyebrows and upper lip, and filled in my eyebrows for free. I'm so happy I finally found a place that made my eyebrows perfectly even. I will definitely be getting the membership!

Been coming here since 2017/2018 every 2 weeks, PAM does such an amazing job each time. This place is clean and very professional. Also, GET THE MEMBERSHIP! It's worth the $$!

manager is very unprofessional allows his workers to racially profile people and tell them they are lying and using a different persons id . they tried to deny me eyebrow service because they believed i wasn't the person on my id even though it was me and the manager jag did nothing about it and wanted to try to hang up on me very unprofessional and rude do not come here .

Friendly staff always able to fit you in for services from henna to facial and eyebrow threading. The staff also sells beautiful jewelry. I always purchase a monthly membership (good price) so that I can come in on a weekly basis.

Rushed my eyebrows, did not clean them precisely and overall was just a bad experience. She did not brush the hairs off my face after and did not wipe them with alcohol or anything. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Found this place a few months ago and have been coming here ever since. I now get the membership because I save so much and they always do a great job on my eyebrows. I won't go anywhere else to get my eyebrows threaded.

I am so sad I was looking forward to getting my eyebrows done but the lady did such a horrible and lazy job. My eyebrows are so uneven and she gave them such a horrible shape! It's like they only care if you get a membership or have a membership. What about the people that come in every few months and still give you business? I am so disappointed. Time to find a new eyebrow spot.

If I could leave no stars, I would. I've given this place a try 4 times and each time I leave so disappointed it makes me want to cry. Each time I've had a different girl do my brows and each time they have given the worst customer service. I'm NEVER going back. If you care about your brows don't even bother coming here. Trust me you will leave so unhappy each and every time. I'm far too embarrassed of my brows to post a picture. Save yourself the money and tears.
