Maria M.San Diego, CA0122Apr 12, 2023The best person that has a great customer service in person is Michael who takes his time to take care of his customer with kind attitude and professionalism. Majority of my dealings with through phone were irritating and frustrating coz most people I talk with are so in a hurry and are inaccurate with their information especially with the renewal of loans. They try to say things you want to hear but no follow through. I was told inaccurate balances and promised electronic copies of renewal that I have done over the phone coz I had the flu were never sent.

There are two extremely rude tellers the bigger light skin one accused me of stealing saying I must have just ran with it and also offended another girl customer that was trying to pawn a silver ring at the same time neither of us did business here

This place is legitimate and I highly recommend them. Lots of tools here if you are looking to resell them quickly. FYI, remember that this is a pawn shop, so do not expect top dollar.

Paid $140 down and he said to get a refund it would cost me $280 dollars so there was no way you can get a refund you would owe us to restock. Never shop there as they are snakes who are out to steal money from customers. I was shopping and not pawning anything. I am a customer who is purchasing merchandise and all I got is screwed over. Buyer beware.

this place is the worst place to go to get your stuff pawned you will get the worse service ever i will not recommend my friend nor my family to go there. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
