If I could give 0 stars I would this place is garbage and never knows what's going on with anything I worked 2 jobs for them, low pay but needed the money. They kept calling me for work I never wanted in the first place... Joel called me with low ball offers and always pressured me to take them but I didn't. On top of that I sent my resume 7 times if not more successfully AND THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO FIND IT LOL. Ridiculous.waste of my time... GO TO EXPRESS PROS IN TEMPE. Tempe found exactly what I needed fast and also gave me options... Mesa location worst place to find work. Joel you need to get it together or this might not be the right buisness for you to help people find jobs if you can't find a resume in an email. I did it in person with you giving me the correct email to send to there should be no problem.. Thank good I got a great job now or I would still be getting the run around from mesa location.

Philip asked me how much I want to make I said no less than 18 he takes a look at my resume and says let's see if it reflects 18/hr and judged my resume from top to bottom which was a little nerve racking and ended not finding me anything ..idk he just seemed arrogant and judgemental I'd rather go to the Tempe location

Hi Robin, I'm deeply sorry to see you felt this way about your experience. When people come to us looking for help finding work, judgment is farthest from our minds and it's disappointing to hear you got that impression from a team member. Could you please give us a call and ask to speak with Aubrey or Corey? We'd appreciate a chance to discuss your experience further. (480) 820-3700

I love the fun little temp jobs I get with express employment professionals!! Having a good relationship with them has challenged me to try things I never would have before! I've been working with them over the past few years as it's hard to keep a regular job because of my epilepsy. They have been nothing but supportive and kind to me. I couldn't say enough about them! Everyone that knows me knows that I work with them because I am constantly talking about my new jobs! This week and last I have had the opportunity to work at a RV dealership as a receptionist! The staff is amazing here and it's a great working environment. Thanks Express!

Suspiciously disappointing. His website is nothing but a revolving door of hollow sales pitches and generic promises. Every "LEARN MORE" link only brings you a word-for-word rerun of the previous page. There is nothing to be "learned" - new or otherwise.
Nowhere on his website does he discuss the kinds of jobs available or the type of employees he is seeking, or what any training or qualifications might be. I was looking to get some idea of the kinds of jobs he is offering, but that apparently is secret information, and not available to anyone. He doesn't mention costs, how a permanent hire works, or a dozen other common questions prospective clients have.
His "SEARCH JOBS" link is not a list of jobs at all, but a fishing expedition, where you must type in some stupid keyword in order to see if such a job even exists in his very limited data base. I typed in "English teacher" and the only result I got was "English speaking not required".
When I asked a lady named Shannon if an applicant can come in to sit down with someone and go over their resume`, I was told, "Yes, you can drop off your resume`." When pushed, she reluctantly agreed that someone could, theoretically, come in and discuss what they might be qualified for, but even that slippery response took an act of congress to produce.
Something fishy stinks with this phony outfit. Be skeptical of those 5-star reviews: they all have the same literary "footprint" of having been penned by the same individual. I didn't stick around to sniff out what it is, but I know what it isn't - a legitimate employment agency, including the phony model with the clipboard and fake smile.
Whatever fraud this charlatan is running, it is definitely not recommended.
UPDATE - SEPTEMBER 28, 2017:
Upon reading their response (below) I clicked on that link they claim has been updated and here is what I got:
"404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."
To Ms. Becker: I would be happy to begin again, but only when you can convince me your website issues have been positively addressed.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Ockie, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We strive hard to provide a meaningful, positive experience for everyone we connect with. However, we are human and do make mistakes as we clearly did in this case. We came up short in the service we provided to you and on behalf of my team, I sincerely apologize. We have reviewed your feedback as a team and we will be making improvements in our delivery as we are very passionate about helping the Mesa community find employment. We have already updated our website to ensure our current job openings are accurately posted (you can find them directly here: https://expresspros.com/mesaAZ/Job-Openings). We would appreciate that opportunity to connect with you directly again should you be open to that. Please contact Allie Becker at 480-820-3700. We look forward to hearing from you again.
