My family had been using this business, for last 8 years. One day, i had made a complaint regard to the damage that was made from the claned jacket; the owner
and his employee responded by throwing
the jacket out onto the parking lot, shouting, *$^^&&÷÷. Stay away from this business.

I took a 2pc dress to them on a Wednesday to be ready on Saturday. The clerk asked if they could do Monday because of a large job they were working on for Saturday. I was ok with that but strongly expressed that it had to be Monday as I was flying out Tuesday morning at 7am for a funeral. When I arrived on Monday, it wasn't done. The receipt said Monday delivery but my dress was put in the Tuesday pile. I reminded the clerk of my 7am flight & asked if it could still be done that day. She said I would need to speak with the owner who was coming back in 2 hours but to her "surprise" the owner showed up. I explained the same thing to the owner who asked me to come back on Tuesday at 9am. How can I be there at 9am if my flight is at 7am? The response was a shrugged shoulder & that the clothes were not THAT dirty. That response was just NASTY on so many levels. They even began speaking to each other in their native language which I could understand a little bit of it. I repeated in English what I heard & told them how ignorant they were being. I will never use them again. I never write reviews but this was over the top for me.

Have been taking my dry cleaning here for years! Across the street from my workplace, it is not only convenient and affordable, but the service is very friendly and efficient! Give them a try if you are looking for a great cleaners!

The service and customer service is horrible. The employee was rude and condescending. I will never use this cleaning service again. There's seemed to be an underlining racism- they refused to be off assistance for very simple requests.

Good service kind of pricey but reliable and can be counted on. They will do a good job to explain your ticket cost and they have all your past tickets to compare them to

Being new to town, and having such a grandiose and vibrant dry cleaners so close to my apartment, I brought s few items in to test the waters. I was greeted by a curt worker who seemed clearly overwhelmed by her task to handle laundry duties and be friendly and courteous to a new Customer. She barked at me what's your phone number assuming I was a current Customer. I was immediately turned off. The good side, upon pick up clothes were cleaned competently and the pants hemmed were stitched professionally.

Message to the owner if you care, you have a dry cleaner on almost every corner of your busy metro locale, be a bit nicer to appreciate someone new to your establishment.
You lost a good Customer, I've spent about $300 in cleaning and alterations in the last 4 weeks.

I have been using this cleaners for many years without complaint. Today I had 4 items 3 which were new. All I wanted was to have them cleaned and pressed. No big deal I thought. They said my items were not new and would not clean them. I got them from Amazon. They argued that they could not make them look nice. They argued about this. It was clear they did not want my business. They lost a very good customer because of this.

I am not sure what has happened to this business. Maybe they have new owners. What ever is the problem they need to fix it before they loose all their customers.

When you deal with Asian dry-cleaning business be sure to know what your getting.. Very rude, unprofessional, and overly priced. Make sure you confirm price first, and check every clothed before leaving...

I would not recommend this place, unless you have an emergency.

I've used them several time to launder and press linens for my office functions. I called today to see how many days they would need to wash and press 8 tablecloths and the lady said "give me 2-3 days" and hung up on me! There is a dry-cleaner on EVERY corner in Duluth. How do you expect to be rude to customers and keep their business??

The dry cleaning is subpar. I wash my shirts before I take them there but I am lazy about pressing my shirts. The lady that takes your clothes is RUDE. Near this location there are 5 different dry cleaners. I do not think the owners know this. They think they are the only dry cleaners in Duluth and their lack of CARE and service shows it. Don't bother with this place. The guy across the street might be slower but at least he will be nice and not have a chip on his shoulder.
