EveryBody in Mind is a state of the art wellness center committed to providing a safe, inclusive space to encourage every Body, Mind and Spirit to Move, Align, Heal and Grow. Our goal is to share skills and resources which encourage, empower and inspire in a fun, creative and engaging environment. We believe that physical and mental wellness should be focused on becoming a better version of oneself, by cheerleading prevention rather than cure. EveryBody in Mind offers one on one therapy, engaging speakers and holistic experts, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, Reiki, crystal bowl sound baths, “power naps” for moms, meditation, a Somadome, an Ajna light, an incredible crystal bed, Infrared sauna with red light therapy, Normatec athletic recovery technology, inviting event space and so much more!

Between the toasty amythyst bed that vibrates, to the beach sounds, to the energy from the crystals I completely melted into that bed. Totally relaxed with no tention left in my body. And that afternoon's meditation was the deepest I have had in years, since I was on a meditation retreat! I will definitely be using this on a regular basis to maintain that sence of physical relaxation and ability to more deeply meditate.
Karen R.Wayland, MA22293810/21/2019Wow! What an amazing space! Immediately as you walk in the office brings such a feeling of peace. I came in to try the somadome and had no idea what to expect. It is a meditation pod in its own room. There is this ethereal glow about it. I sit down and receive a brief explanation of how it all works from start to finish. I put on my headphones, select the guided meditation, and the pod door closes down. The dome is lit in away that makes the space feel infinite around you, so no worries if you don't like closed in spaces. Also, it is open at your feet. The dome changed to a beautiful glowing green, the ocean sounds were in the background of the guided meditation, and that was the last moment I was totally aware. I was fully immersed in the whole experience! After the session, I felt so relaxed and quiet in my head. There are a variety of options and I highly recommend you trying one of them out!
