Rent is a great price to me for a 2 bedroom townhouse. The property manager is wonderful. She always so nice and understanding. She can take on multiple things at once and still help her tenants. As well when you leave her office she'll tell you she loves you and to have a great day.

I would give this a no star worst apartment place ever had to stay at in my life over priced leaks constantly mold so much black mold in windows and everywhere so gross bugs tried for mounths to clean it out and clean up my place dog shit is all over the place people don't pick up landlord is nasty and horrible to us. My last straw was when the bath tub fell through the roof and onto the kitchen floor the landlord said it wasn't a big deal and left us without a shower or bath or working sink for a mounth and a half 2 weeks before I had to give birth to my first child with no where for us to use our own apartment so we had no choice but to move. This place cannot keep maintence people to save thiers lives.
