Eva Jean's Ribs

Quite possibly the best ribs I've ever had, each bite had a delicious smokey flavor that can only be obtained from a proper BBQ process. The green beans (with potatoes and bacon) were equally fantastic! And that Banana pudding was so good that I ate too much and gave myself a tummy ache.

Will be snagging a bite again in the very near future!

Drove to the address listed and its not there. Instead there's a burger joint. Drove over 15 miles one way because of the reviews and was very disappointed that it wasn't there

Went to go check this out and get some amazing sounding BBQ. Unfortunately they weren't that location. Oh well, the search for really good BBQ in Tacoma continues.

Best ribs around. Excellent service and prices. A must try for BBQ. Highly recommend!

Outstanding! Finger licking, flavorful and tender smoked ribs! Best ever sauce, it should be available for purchase! It is as good as it gets!

Happened upon this little gem of a family ran BBQ spot. We where stopping in at Dave's for some meat and produce. We saw the smoker right out side and while we where picking out veggies the gentleman running it greeted us and asked if we like BBQ of course we do. He gave my husband a rib to sample and oh man it was good. He uses wood not gas or charcoal so it has that yummy smoked flavor. So we decided to buy a plate even though my husband had just asked me to make ribs for dinner lol. A plate had a few bones of ribs Mac and cheese. To keep the mac and cheese warm he had it on the grill that also gave it a smoked flavor. Kinda made it a bit much on the smoked flavor but was so good I didn't care. If you are in the area on between Thursday to Sunday's you will find him out front you can't miss him. Super nice with an adorable family so if you find yourself hungry do your self a favor and pick up your meat and produce from daves and grab a bit to eat out front. Support local is the way to go you get way better product then a chain BBQ place. We will definitely be back.
