Best insurance agent a person could ask for. Eric is the insurance agent you will ever need. Eric, David, Steve and his entire staff are fantastic, well-informed, helpful, concerned and in general amazing. I've done my research and any slight saving I might received from another insurance company is mitigated by the fact that this office is always available, always responsive, always looking out for me and my best interest. Don't bother looking for another insurance company or agent, call Eric. Some people would say (allegedly), that insurance is insurance, but I'm here to tell you it's not true. Eric has insured my family for many years and has always been there when an issue arises. Eric was really helpful in explaining everything about insurance. How much it costs and why it costs that much. He gave good recommendations on how much coverage to purchase for car insurance and why to buy that much. He also convinced me to buy renter's insurance and with it bundled with my car insurance discount it was practically free, and for good coverage! I would highly recommend Eric and his office if you want to understand why you are paying the price you are for insurance. I hope I never need to file a claim, but he gave me a 24/7 contact number him in case of emergency. Thank you Eric for helping make sense of all this insurance!

Eric and his staff always over deliver on price & service. Recently I was notified by my landlord that the required coverage limits on my business insurance policy had to be tripled! Quite concerned, I contacted Eric to review the request and to determine the net effect this would have to my premium. After checking his rates and speaking with his senior underwriter, it was determined that the increase in coverage would have no effect on my premium. Eric is simply awesome. He has great customer service, accessibility and a focus on us the individual and small business. What is so great about Eric is his willingness to meet you where you are. He was the first person on scene when I had mold in my apartment and when Main Street Cyclery got broken into, he helped us work through what made the most sense - filing a claim or not. He also cut a check on site when the estimates were all in for the loss. What State Farm claims "Like a good neighbor..." is really true, at least if you have Eric as your insurance agent.
