Picking up the rental: Pretty smooth experience so far. We came in during a rush of customers, but they got us checked in pretty quickly. We had made a reservation through GEICO insurance since we had a woops on the car and are getting it fixed at the shop.
I don't remember the name of the person that helped us, but man, did he help us! There just so happened to be a mustang convertible on the lot that was available to us and we were sold on it. I mean why not, right?

very disappointed . i went friday oct.6 to set an appt for Tuesday to pick up a car to rent i toook all my paper work and was set to come in tuesday . i get there and victor the gentlemen at the counter now says i'm not eligible to rent the car due to my license.. it's very unfortunate and inconvenient considering i was there friday , and i could of gotten aware then i wasn't eligible. we contact a higher manger and his he had no reason behind why & didn't even explain to me why i wasn't eligible? i'm sure this type
of treatment isn't anywhere in the customer policy . very disappointed. the lack

My names Abel and I'll definitely be retuning because of the car selection, but actually most importantly the great customer service! Khadija and Adrian took care of me from start to finish and made the process very painless. 100% grateful for that and will 100% be returning for my next rental here in hopes of being taken care by them

I wouldn't recommend this enterprise, they weren't very explanatory. i had the car switch out because the 1st rental vehicle i had was too small for my family and got a rav4 instead and the person that work at enterprise said it was the same rate as the previous rental vehicle. So when it was time to return the vehicle i was charge $151 for the rate of the vehicle. because there was a $5 difference on the rental vehicle. I just wish they could've explain to me better before i made the switch. Look elsewhere!

I would ask folks to avoid doing business at this location. They set up a 3pm "appointment" never told me it was an appointment. When I arrived they made me wait for an hour because my car wasn't even on the rental lot. The manager from this location deserves to be FIRED! The place is dirty and many customer were complaining in the lobby area due to the service provided by this lousy rental car dealer. FIRE EVERYONE and fix your serious problems.

SCAM
Made a reservation for a small car that my insurance would cover which was under 30$ a day so i would not pay out of pocket though i was a day early to pick up the car and showed up to the place, the receptionist named bree told a lady that was in-front of me in the line that her reservation is not at their location and if she needed a car that same day she would have to pay 20$ out of pocket a day and I thought damn that sucks. It was then my turn but a guy helped me out and said the same thing that i would have a 7$ ish out of pocket a day cause "i didnt make the appointment at their location " I proceeded to tell him i have a reservation for a small compact car here i even have you guys number saved. He still said no it isn't here that it was in downtown which was 30 mins away and I thought maybe i made a mistake and then I proceeded to take a nissan SUV they recommended.
The following day bree called me that my reserved car is ready the "small compact car" that I originally reserved. Wow funny i thought i didn't reserved a car their location?! I knew there was something fishy but i let it go cause its just 7$ a day. But I confronted the receptionist named bree when i turned in the car why they lied to my face about not having a reserved car at their location But hey she said sorry about what happened and they will waived that 7$ i used that car for 9 days!. I had a great experience at this Enterprise location in January 2020 and I encourage you to use them if you are in the area.
I had a strong feeling that I had broken mounts on my car and so I dropped it off at Perry Chrysler to get it diagnosed. Since this was warranty work and it typically takes a day or more I decided to get a rental instead of using Uber.
This Enterprise location is conveniently located a few minutes walk from numerous dealerships and body shops along National City's Mile of Cars.
The customer service is great here. They explained everything very clearly and even called to ask how things were going the following day. I was able to call and extend the duration of my rental.
The vehicles were in a good condition and the prices are fair.

A have rented several car over the years. The was the best and seamless experience by far. The car was ready for pickup when I got there. When I asked for an upgrade, there was no problem. And when I dropped my car off I was literally in and out in less than 10 minutes
