I received rental car this morning from Enterprise, Beaver Falls, PA. It was delivered to the garage where my car was being repaired. I arrived at 7:50 a.m. Before long, I saw a car back in with out-of-state plates and thought it might be the rental car. A woman did not get out so I walked across the parking lot to her. She sat in the car with her iPad and acted as though she didn't see me. I went inside. When she came in I asked if she had seen me outside. She said, yes. I asked why she didn't say anything. She said she wasn't ready for me. I said why didn't you put your window down and say something. She said she didn't know if I was her customer. I said it is your job to communicate! She said, Well, I usually meet my people inside. I said, Well, I don't usually don't this at all and you shouldn't just sit there like a dope!
I signed off saying that I would not smoke in the car. However, when I got in, it smelled like a cheap motel! I tried to use it, but it felt like my lungs were closing. I ended up taking it to the office and getting another one. That part of transaction went well.
I'm noticing a trend with a certain age bracket of people. I'm calling them the SpongeBob generation! They act as though being stupid is a virtue.
I have done well with Enterprise in the past, but they need to educate regarding customer service! Especially the one who calls herself, Kim.

If there was an option to give zero stars I would. I made my reservation over the phone a month in advance and when I did that, I gave my age (23) and what kind of vehicle I wanted (large pickup). They stated there would be a young drivers fee, which is fine, but no mention of anything else. I show up this morning needing the pickup truck and when I start checking in, they tell me I can't rent it because if I'm under 25 I can't rent pickups and can only get small sedans. Now I'm out the Uber ride here, Uber ride home, and all the reservations I've made that were riding on this truck. F@&$ this place, I will never be back to an enterprise.

If I could give zero stars I would. Enterprise just lost my business after renting with them monthly/sometimes weekly, for years. DON'T RENT FROM THEM! I just rented with them and the vehicle started having serious problems 5 days into my trip, the car's computer/center screen went crazy; blew hot air on us on a 94 degree day and the heated seats turned themselves on and became scalding and we couldn't change it from the screen. Every feature controlled from the screen had a mind of its own and the vehicle was no longer drivable. We were sent to a local branch in Asheville and were treated SO terribly, the employee swore at us and walked off and never came back, then the rest of my vacation in the mountains was ruined because I was stuck at home when I paid to be there because I was promised by customer service and road side assistance TWO DAYS IN A ROW that some one would come swap out vehicles and I waited all days and no one came then again the next day after speaking with someone again. Then I get home, drop off the vehicle at the Beaver Falls, PA location as we were forced to drive it all the way back, asked to speak with a manager since we dropped it off after hours and they said someone would call back before my card was charged and they never did and 24 hours later my card was charged. Enterprise just lost my customer service and I will now tell everyone I know (everyone comes to me for advice since I travel for a living), and I will tell everyone who asks to never use Enterprise.

The Beaver Falls Enterprise location did everything as expected. The car showed-up on time, with a full tank of gas and clean. It is nice to have Enterprise locations in smaller towns throughout America. It definitely makes flying into smaller airports that do not have airline service very accommodating. Thank you again Enterprise.

Enterprise, we'll pick you up...not! My husband and I were stranded on the side of the road and were still an hour away from our destination. We called for a rental car but they told us we were too far away. Thanks for nothing buddy!
