Connie the manager is unreasonable and not trustworthy. She has added a fee to our bill for an unauthorized pet that does not belong to us and cannot even tell us how she came up with the amount I have tried reaching out to corporate but they have not returned my calls.

Do not rent from here!!! The prices online are NOT accurate.AMBER RILEY IS the regional manager and is running a circus! I was working with an apartment locator, the locator found the apartment for me, confirmed the price with manager CONNIE GARZA, and set up a tour for my husband and I. After I toured the staff confirmed the price of $1848 with me and told me how lucky I was to be getting the apartment at this price. However after viewing the apartment I never heard anything else from the apartment complex. I called the apartments a few days later and the property manager CONNIE GARZA explained that the rent on my application was not the rent I would be paying because of some "glitch". CONNIE GARZA said she would talk with her regional manager AMBER RILEY about the pricing and seeing what they could do. My apartment locator followed up and they would not speak with her. I am an elementary teacher and cannot be on the phone all day dealing with this nonsense. I called AMBER RILEY and she finally returned my call after two days. AMBER RILEY acted as if she understood my situation after explaining to her I was a school teacher, and have a set of 9 month old twins as well as a toddler and only decided to move to this location because they claimed they were running a special and could only hold for 30 days. I ended my lease earlier than intended for her now to say she can not honor the price, nor could she even meet me in the middle. I did everything to secure the apartment for them to change up on me with no remorse. This is UNACCEPTABLE, AMBER RILEY showed ZERO compassion for the fact that now I have to uproot my family and rush to find a place when the price has already been verbally confirmed. This lady must have never had children or a family because this whole process has been a nightmare and it's already frustrating moving with small children. Now we have nowhere to go with our small children. Needless to say do NOT RENT HERE. They do not care about people all they care about is money. AMBER RILEY should be FIRED, she has no compassion and cannot run a business. The only reason this has 1 star is because you have to give at least one. I would give this place a -100.

I've lived at Mira Lagos for the past 8 months and after going to a dozen properties this was the nicest in the area and I seemed to get the most for my money. I was wrong! Although the interior of the apartment is brand new and beautiful, might I add, the exterior is the complete opposite. This complex is infested with spiders. I've reached out countless times but they can't fix the issue. I've been bitten several times and I have a 5 month old son that I'm afraid will be bitten. They will send pest control to spray and either the very next day or the same day the spiders will return. I'm not talking a little small spiders either. These are massive spiders! They are all on the railing of the stairs so you just have to run and hope for the best. After telling me they sprayed on a Thursday, I came home Friday and there was still a large spider right by my front door!

Update to the nightmare! My 4 year old daughter has mold growing in her bedroom that has been left that way for 4 days! I have consulted with a professional who has informed me that it should have been cut out the same day!! Response from office manager Amber is that the plumbers have to be sure the leak is fixed from the outside water hose connection. Which is not the correct response! You always should treat the residents health as a priority and cut out and remove the affected area. But Thanks Amber! See pictures!

There are giant wolf spiders everywhere, and don't make the mistake of stepping on one! They carry babies on their back and go everywhere. I felt like I was in a bad dream. I pay close to $2,000 a month and maintenance has an issue with cleaning all the built up dead bugs out of my light fixture that you need at least a 10 foot ladder to reach. I didn't bring the bugs they belong to the property. Told us you should've marked it on your inventory sheet when you moved in. I have had issues with my shower leaking everywhere when I use it, which took close to 2 months to be fixed. I could even live with those issues but my main issue is WARDEN Amber! She will point out everything she thinks is wrong with my patio but I am surrounded by people who have things on their patio similar to mine or items that I would think are way more of an eye sore then anything we had. And ask them if she said anything to them, "NO"?! Also they got rid of the lead maintenance who was actually good. Probably because he complained about her daughter that she hired sleeping in apartments and offices instead of actually doing her job. I have never known of a Property Manager being able to hire family for that reason, showing favoritism and looking the other way. The person upstairs from me moved out because her home was burglarized. They didn't make enough parking so good luck trying to find somewhere to park. Oh and the garbage situation is a mess. Trash just stacks up outside the compactor for all the birds, bugs, and critters to feast on. They have a dog park but never clean it, it is so bad and smells so bad. Even though I know its the residents who don't clean up after their pets. But they should take care of it when they don't! The other ladies in the office provide great customer service, but Amber needs to go to a low income property that way she can have something to do other then unfairly harass people instead of providing them with a peaceful environment to live. Oh and just know that if something is going on with you in your home they have no problem telling your business to other residents! Talk about a breach in my privacy!

We toured here this last weekend and the property is stunning, even though construction is not complete. Michael from the leasing office is a class act. He was professional, friendly and made the experience memorable for all the right reasons. We ended up leasing a home, but we sure would have LOVED to live here if we had not. Please go see him and check out these beautiful apartments!

I am new to the community- but so far it's been great. The property is nice and clean with lots of diversity living on the premises . The office staff is helpful and pleasant. Dominique is professional and helpful. The move-in was great. I will be here until I purchase a home.

I've lived here for 5 months, it is time to renew and I wouldn't even consider moving. The apartments are new, staff accommodating and friendly, grounds well maintained, quite, walking trails, pool, grills. It is great living here.

I want to share my experience here to help out anyone before they make the world's biggest mistake like I did. It's very important to read reviews, and ask questions. And I give it a 1star being that I wouldn't be able to continue without doing so. I have been here for little over a week. And when I tell you I can't sleep at nig ht due to the fact that two night's ago my 10 month old was bitten by a spider in her face. And had an reaction to it. Mind you this community in infested with spider/webs everywhere. I brought it to management attention, which they seem to care less. Saying it's an ongoing issue their trying to fix According to the sistant manager Dominick..And property Manager Amber. Still to come home yesterday from business travel earlier to see about my baby. I find the Maintenance department outside trying to sweep the cobwebs away. Mind you I spoke with Amber in the office and explained to her that I was trying to get home and that I needed pest control but wanted to be there and could they come next Thursday. To later at almost 6pm I have 5 people at my door Tagging on my door trying to get in my door with a key, Frightening me my kids and my mother my brother cause we don't know what's going on. I then open and they said they we here to spray. I explained that they where to come next week as I advise management earlier. So moving to this morning I went in and spoke with Amber Manger and explained to her that I didn't tell Comfortable living here with the Infestation of spiders and unknow people trying to enter my home without permission. She laughed and said she couldn't do anything I asked her supervisor which she gave Bryan Miller. Which I can say didn't go very well. This community is the worst and I'm seeking legal Council at this time to get out. I don't feel safe nor for the health of my children to stay. It's been a week of tell. I can't stay .....
