Elite Nails

This is close by my work so I always go there on my lunch hour. They do a decent job and are usually very friendly. Massage chairs are nice too.

They don't treat loyal customers well! They are not good with fixing nails at no charge or correcting miscommunications due to lack of English. They upcharge without asking.
The staff parties in the back room and brings significant others there. It's loud and distracting and unprofessional.

This is my second time coming to this salon and first time coming for a fill and ended up getting some rhinestones on top of my gel polish. The man that worked with me did an amazing job. Very precise and kind. Will be coming back for another fill!

It's ok. standard salon, a little pricey. Very clean. I'll give them an extra star because they kept our appointment with no wait. In fact we were running 10 minutes late, and they called us when we were parking the car to make sure we were still coming. Nice people, but, really nothing to set them apart. Of course, it's in the mall so plenty of parking

Pinky toe nail polish popped off. Literally just got them done 2 hours ago. :( going to go in tomorrow and hopefully they fix it for free. :( $65 for this.

I tagged along with my girlfriend to get her nails and she had got acrylic's that should last for months but just tonight one of the nails fell off. And literally days after she got them done they already looked grew out. Absolutely terrible Experience.

I got my nails done on June 4th here, and my acyrlics fell off 16 days later. enough said.

Last minute pedicure! Nice people and took walk in's. I got the deluxe pedicure and it did not disappoint.

I went in on Friday for mani and pedi and hasn't been 1 week and my gel polishes on my hands are coming off on the sides! My cuticles are horrible, minor cleaning! I went home having to clean my own toe cuticles! I paid $100 for them! Was nice to even tip. I told the lady to shape my nails nicely and make them match and she giggled and some of my nails are longer and shorter than one another!!! I constantly said shape and cuticles. I will never go back. Not Sure if she is new but omg. Her name is Lia or Liah. Nice girl but horrible job. I regret tipping her but because she did use her time I have her $10 tip. My nails/ cuticles likes like crap. HORRIBLE. I'm debating about calling and letting the store know. I hope this is enough. I wanted also a milky polish and she said this color was as milky! Her constant giggle when I said this side nail is shorter and can you shorten the other hand finger.

Well i did spend 60$ for nails it was very expensive and there they pay a lot of money for 2 sets

Messed up my nails three times. Already chipped when they were just done. Have nail polish smudged everywhere. Do not recommend this place if you need nails done nicely.
