      This is an extremely courteous and friendly dealership. Customer service both in sales and service department is one of the best I ever experienced, and coming from a retired Navy admiral who has purchased numerous cars and trucks over 40 years, I've worked with a lot of dealerships. In fact my dad owned a major Ford dealership in Miami.

      I would recommend Elco Cadillac to anyone who is in the market for a new or used Cadillac or needs to have there car serviced. You will not be disappointed.

      I had my car repaired for a door dent from a person who hit my car with a shopping cart possibly when it was parked. The people are friendly and kind and worked all the bugs out it took about a week but I got a free Rent-A-Car and they have Enterprise Rent-A-Car system or counter in their facility and my insurance covered everything. I picked up the car today and it looks beautiful you can never tell it was hit by anything and they did a fantastic job. I recommend this facility to anybody for bodywork as they're very honest and keep you up-to-date. The people also are very easy to work with a friendly and kind and that makes it a pleasure to work for them or with them!

      This is for SERVICE ONLY:
      I replaced my front brake pads and rotors on my Escalade here, saw the online coupon for $490 total including installation plus tax. First of all, I made an appointment for 7am and when I asked if it would be done by 9:30, the advisor Robb Smith acted like I was being crazy and condescendingly tells me, "The appointment is just a waitlist. There's not guys waiting out here to jump on your car to work on it." Well, what's the point of having an appointment system then? Or was this just the way he acted only towards me?
      When it came time to pay, it came out to be more than $500, and when I asked the the front desk girl, she just said "Oh, those coupons are for the ones that use not very good parts." Apparently this dealership will use BAD parts on your vehicle. I asked for an alignment too, but of course they didn't do it.
      I also asked them to do an overall check before I put 2000 miles on it, and every time they do this, they say all is well, no leaks or anything, even though the always wet puddle of oil on my garage floor tells me otherwise and I know for a fact that the engine mounts are bad.
      The service department here is horrible. You cannot trust anything they tell you and you'll end up having to go to other auto shops to figure out and fix your car.

      I took a car purchased from ELCO for oil change, tire rotation, and "multipoint inspection". I used the concierge service to take and deliver the car, I thought.
      I told ELCO I did not want a loaner car but they dropped one anyway and when asked why the employee said that is how he would return to ELCO when he returned my car that afternoon.

      Well turns out that he did not return with my car and calls my wife the following day when she tells him that she is busy till 2 he says we stop working at 2????????? And it happen to be a Friday. I called the guy back and ask why he is calling my wife and he said that was the number he was given. I did give that number when asked for a BACK UP number. All 5 calls had been directed to her !!!

      I decided to get my car and drove the ELCO loaner to pick up my car. I paid the $129 and sat in my car. I checked the car information screen and it showed that my tires were under inflated and in the exact same order as when they took my car. ELCO LIED TO ME AND CHARGED ME FOR SERVICE THAT WAS NOT DONE. THEY DID NOT INSPECT THE TIRES, they did not rotate the tires.

      We continue to wait for call backs from several people at this dealership. We bought a used Cadillac from Elco and have been waiting for many return phone calls that never come. Service is not their strong suit and i would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

      Charles was great! I took my suv in with what I though was an issue. He kindly asked if he could drive it, and see if he could figure it out.. took him 1 circle around his parking lot and he knew what the problem was! It was user error, but he took the time to figure it out, and was hands ok with the problem. a+ thank you!!

      WOW, two and a half hours for an oil change! For full transparency, they also did the typical multipoint inspection, probably hooked it up to a computer that does all the work!
      I've been using Elco's service department now for a couple of years now. I recently bought my second Cadillac from Elco and they give you several free oil change coupons. I appreciate the gesture, but TWO AND A HALF HOURS for an oil change??? RIDICULOUS!

      Enjoying a little coffee in the new BEAUTIFUL Elco Cadillac waiting/showroom. We just moved back to Saint Louis and unfortunately I used the other Cadillac dealership in town first. I sure wish I would've visited this one first!! I leased a car here years ago and had great service from Jim Russo. We will definitely be leasing and using the service here for years to come. Thank you Elco for giving first class service!!

      I have had the pleasure of working with Eric DeBruin & Chris Weaver in regards to my 2019 Cadillac CTS-V. Dealing with someone from out of state can be a difficult experience. These gentlemen made it very easy. What they promised, they put in writing, and delivered it faster than they promised they would.       I'm not sure why this place has five stars. This review is just for the service department.

      I had a 10:30 appointment and was taken right away. (It's a good idea to make an appointment if you can.) I was there for an oil change, tire rotation (I had a coupon) and a 50,000 mile check-up. I decided not to have the 50,000 check-up after finding out it cost $1,100.00. Not a typo.

      I was sent to the waiting room. And that is what it is - a waiting room. I didn't have to wait all that long. They offered coffee, doughnuts and fruit. The chairs are very large and comfortable.

      I was out within an hour. My coupon lowered the price from $114.00 to $54.00. I was disappointed that I could not get the 50,000 check-up. I did offer them my first born child but it was a no go.

      Would I come back again? If I had another coupon. I think I'm paying more for the location (Manchester) and the name Cadillac.

      More people wanted doughnuts.......,
      ......than fruit.

      Just an update. My wife's 2017 SRX had a battery issue and the Service Department sent out the 24 hour Roadside Assistance Man (Pat). He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Pat replaced the battery (no charge, under warranty) and did a optest of the vehicle to ensure we were 100%.

      All without leaving the garage! Now that is great service and why we keep returning to Elco.
