Brad M.Chino Valley, AZ07Feb 2, 2022I turned the Trailer Reservation in a day early, on a Sunday and nobody was there. I expected that. I dropped the paperwork into the after hours slot and wrote a thank you on the paperwork. Now I've been charged an additional 29.95 for what I don't know. I've tried numerous calls to the place and they won't answer and won't return a message asking why this charge has been added to my credit card. What a way to run a business!

We called 3 days in advance for a 15' uhaul truck/van. We show up on the day we were supposed to get it, and there were no vans. The girl at the desk seemed "confused" because they "don't usually have vans on site". We had a confirmation number proving the 15' van, but she didn't have a clue.
LUCKILY my parents were helping with their truck that day so we were able to use a hitch trailer. If they didn't, we would have been SOL because we were moving THAT DAY.
When we came back an hour or so later to pick up the trailer, they had a f***ing 15' van in the lot.
We just returned the trailer, and there are about 4 truck/vans in the lot.
They lied to us just to get us out of their hair.
What a load of bull shit.
