In the two years I used this company, twice I went over five months with no one to come by and spray my house. (They're supposed to be there every three.) The second time it happened I called their offices and complained as they had been billing me the whole time and still sent no one. I was very upset because fleas found their way into my home by that time and I have a newborn there. When I called I told them I want someone out right away and take care of it or I'll be taking my business elsewhere. They assured me they would make it right and have a supervisor call me right away. Nobody ever called. When I called back they told me they canceled my membership and would not be sending anyone or giving me my money back for a job they never did. Effectively stealing my money. There are too many extermination companies around here that actually value their customers business and don't do shady dealings to give hard earned money to a bunch of unprofessional thieves. I highly recommend you do not use this company!

Do not ever give them a credit card number for payment as they place unauthorized charges on your account.

Totally unreliable. This the worst company of any sort I've ever dealt with. They are based out of Cincinnati and the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. My billing was all screwed up. If you call to get help you have to go through several different people before you get help. I spent over an hour just trying to get the billing straight. Then it was still wrong. I called to cancel both the local folks and the red tape in Cincinnati to cancel services and then received another call to call them back to cancel. If you have lots of time on your hands and don't mind spending hours on the phone and get horrible service, this company is for you.

horrible service! first appointment a note was to left to give 30 min pre call as door bell doesn't work that didn't happen guy just sprayed outside as I waited all day after calling in and being told he was still coming, then they reschedule me I wait at home again no show call in they scheduled me for a different day. Finally came to spray inside of house, called back 3 days later problems still inside and mosquitoes horrific outside. he was supposed to come didn't show but called me and said he would come by, begged at my door to just do inside and if he could do outside Monday ( this was Friday) I said only if you promise mosquitoes are bad...guess what no call no show! still have problems in the house and outside was never done, left message for manager that I talked to at beginning of all this that I wanted to cancel and why, never even got a call but I sure got a bill for $125 and they never got rid of any of our issues! I do not recommend and i make sure I tell everyone!

I have been a very happy client since they took over Jones Consulting and Pest Control. Derrick is my current tech and he's amazing. He is here on time, every time. Does a very thorough job inside and out. Aside from the occasional Palmetto bug, always dead, we see no other critters. Thank you Ehrlich, and staff, for a job well done.

I contacted Erlich Pest back in March for carpenter bees. They scheduled an appointment but never showed up. We went out of town & wanted to be on property when they came. I called & spoke with Jessica on 4/17 re: the no show appointment. She spoke with the manager for Pawleys Island where we are located. He informed her the service was never done. Since they couldn't come when I would be home I cancelled the request for service.
For some reason they felt they deserved to bill my credit card for a service costing $119. After numerous phone calls, I have yet to receive my credit. I would be very wary of using this company in the future.

Wow have they deteriorated. Ever increasing quarterly fees since Jones taken over by national company. Now when called about new problems with indoor roaches, spiders and garage wasp nests: "oh your plan does not cover those things". Huh?

We had the recurring service where someone comes out once a month or as needed to check on the place for hornets, mice, etc. After my wife started complaining about her allergies were worst with the A/C on. Turns out we had rodents under the house that weren't hard to find if you looked. Ehrlich never caught this but another company did.

Absolutely love our regular service technician; Charles however the customer service department is the WORST! For a few years now the annual termite inspection has been nothing but horrible. They send the invoice, we promptly pay, several months go by and we have to call them to schedule the inspection. On many occasions they never show up the day of the inspection and when we call they inform us that we will not be serviced that day and will have to reschedule. I have asked for a supervisor to contact me but we never get any call backs. There is no local office to go and speak to someone. We are seriously considering other companies to do business with.
