I placed an order that was over $100 for birthday and when it was delivered it was missing items. I called for the company to make it right and the lady was extremely rude to me. She stated that she would refund me $6 and when I started to ask more questions about my order she stated ugghh yea and hung up. I just dont understand why the company can't make this right since today is his birthday not tomorrow or 1-5 business days from today.

This by far is one of the best edible arrangements I have shopped at in Fayetteville NC. I recommend that you shop there before you go anywhere. I am very impressed by the patients and customer service representative that helped me find the arrangement I purchased. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Wanted to surprise my kiddos for Valentines Day, so I ordered the 12-ct Swizzle Berries for pick up at 6pm. When I get there to pick them up, the girl went to the back and I could see a few of the people who work there scrambling, and kept hearing my name. About 15-20 minutes later they bring my order out in a spiffy red bag with a couple extra balloons. I didn't bother looking because anything I've ordered from other locations in the past looked amazing. Imagine my surprise when I get home and discover my Swizzle Berries looked more like a DIY Pinterest FAIL than anything remotely like the picture advertised on their website! I'm totally pi$$ed I spent $40 on these!

My mother ordered something for my daughters 2nd birthday and we never received it. How does a company take someone's money and not delivery a product? This is crazy to me! I'll be sure never to use this place again for anything.

My Brother and I ordered our mom an arrangement for Mother's Day. It was supposed to be delivered today Saturday 5/12 as she would be home all day. Her gift never arrived . I spoke with Customer service as the store we ordered from is closed until Monday for the Holiday. They told us the order would not be delivered until Monday. Also I wouldn't be able to cancel the order until Monday either. I am very disappointed in this company and will never us them again.

So we ordered a fruit basket for my mom for Mother's Day. We called the next day on Mother's Day to get an estimate time of arrival of when they would deliver , they said they don't know. So to make a long story short my mother never received her Edible Arrangements gift basket that we paid for on Mother's Day. We live in Hawaii so they called us at 3 a.m. our time to let us know that the gift basket didn't make it and they were going to deliver it the next day. This is unacceptable! Why did I receive a phone call the next day I should have received one that day letting me know so I could have made arrangements elsewhere. I am disappointed in the horrible customer service they have here! Never again will we be returning and never again will they have our business or future referrals for any of our family or friends!!!!

Ordered this for ninth anniversary. The items (140 + $ worth ) were supposed to be delivered to her work place for surprise. when she got home she didn't have her gift she never g ok ty it. After phone call so I went and met with there delivery Guy and got only part of my order. After more phone calls I was given 6 free straw berries and delivery fees refunded.we took the gift home and went out to dinner. The next day after dinner we opened the basket for a dessert and we're horrified as well as grossed out to see one of the strawberries had mold on them. In the trash all the chocolate covered berries went because we were afraid to eat what we can't see. The chocolate covered bananas were way over ripe.what a waist of money. NEVER AGAIN!!!! THANKS FOR OVERPRICED OVER RIPE FRUIT. ***UPDATE**** verry happy to say that mngr called and personally delivered the entire order free of charge,she explained the oversights. The second go around was amazing,everything was perfect.cant be sure all of there issues are taken care of bit they did all they could do to make it right.

They have yummy fruit made fresh . The chocolate is to die for !!! The bananas and strawberries are my fav. After your 5th smoothies u get one free (if u have a card) and samples are Wednesday ! I'm enrolled in the edible rewards and get 5$ off my next Order, a free 12 box of choco fruit on my bday, and a another free 12 box after my 3 rd Order ! So many great perks!!! I know sometimes during holidays they get crazy busy buts it happens

So I placed an order to send my mom Edible Arrangements for Mother's Day. The morning of Mother's Day, I called just to see if I could get an estimate or time frame of what time the delivery would be made. The woman on the phone told me that there was no way she could tell me (which was perfectly fine) because I understood that it was Mother's Day and that they had to be extremely busy. I then asked her what time did they stop delivering that day and she told me 10pm. I waited all day for my mom to call or text me letting no she received the delivery - and nothing. Finally, it was about 9:30pm and I called my mom and asked if she had gotten her package. When she said no, I still tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait 30 more minutes assuming that she was the last delivery. Still, 10pm came around and nothing. No phone call, no email, no delivery... nothing. I live all the way in Hawaii which means I didn't get to see my mom on mother's day AND now (Thanks to Edible Arrangements) she didn't get anything from me either. The reasoning behind why the staff didn't even have the decency to call me and let me know they weren't going to be able to make the delivery AT ALL was beyond me. To top it off, When I talked to a woman at the store the next morning and asked her why the delivery wasn't made, she very nonchalantly said "Oh we had too many orders that day". Excuse my language but WHY THE HELL WOULD TAKE THE ORDER IF YOU COULDN'T FOLLOW THROUGH WITH IT. I am so beyond mad at this company and the poor customer service I received. I will NEVER be using Edible Arrangements again.
