      I would never recommend this hotel. The price is pretty much the same at much nicer facilities with much more courteous and professional management. I have never in my 40 years on this planet been charged or heard of anyone getting charged $20 for a 1 hour later check out time. I have always been told it depends on if that room was reserved that day or not. It isn't even the $20 that really bothered me although it seemed incredibly tacky for the manager to tell me to walk to the office and give him $20 to sleep longer. What bothered me was when my partner was having a bathroom emergency situation, the manager was very pushy and plain rude over the phone, he said we could have two minutes. then he waited outside the door like some sort of policeman escort guy and said to leave the door open while we gathered the last few little things from the room. These owners need to take a long course in customer service education and have a change in attitude before I would ever consider giving my money here again. Hard pass! no stars. (ps: the room smelled like mold!)

      Horrible customer service!! I work for the government and we picked this place to stay for training. Never ever again!!!! 4 days paid 450 dollars on the second day water came out of the bathroom ceiling and I had to go to work for new training. The lady at the office told me I had to stay and be late to exchange rooms, or pack all my stuff up and live out of my truck for the day and come back for a room. She also called me a liar about talking to another gentleman about it. She yelled at me on multiple occasions. It took 4 other different rooms to find one. The rooms they showed me were a much smaller room and smelled like mold and old cigarettes. I talked to the GM 3x he is rude and would not offer any discounts at all or a free night. He tried to downgrade me to a much smaller room 3x. I even told him the government would never do business here again. He said give it to the Hilton he doesn't care. He also accused me of just trying to get free money and making stuff up. I told him the government paid for my room and any refund I had to give every penny back. I told him none of us would ever stay here again he said he doesn't care and wouldn't even consider any discounts or free nights now or future unless he had a signed contract with the United States government. I explained to him I helped choose this place because of Covid and redistricting we needed new places to stay again he did not care. I also paid 100 a night when the rooms are only 89 dollars a night. He said we can stay at the Hilton. I explained that the leak was not my fault and no one should be treated like this. He apparently would rather lose out on thousands of dollars of business then accommodate anything. He said he also is aware of the 1.5 stars on yelp and horrible reviews on google. He thinks it is the customers fault not staff or management for the bad reviews. DO NOT STAY HERE! ANY GOVERNMENT OR STATE AGENCIES DO NOT STAY HERE. He also said he is aware that some rooms leak water in the bathrooms. This is horrible. It has been half empty all week I wonder why?
      DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!

      I reserved a one bed room in the smoking section (because that's all there was; last minute booking) and was told it was $90. We got here (from southern Oregon!) and was told we owe $105 (or we can't stay here) and wound up having 2 beds in non smoking (not complaining about the part). The people below us were smoking pot and it came up into our room. The smoke flooded our room to where we had to open it and leave it open for several hours to get the pot smoke out of our room. Even after a few calls to the front desk, nothing was done about it. Those are just a few of the issues we had. Here are a few more:

      * No fitted bed sheets
      * Smells like musty mold and roach spray
      * Filthy; hard candy and food on the floor and the bathroom wasn't clean
      * Shower curtain was broke; had to tie it to shower
      * Cigarette holes in linens and pillows
      * Stains all over linens and pillows
      * Stains all over floor & sticky patches
      * Horrible patch work on ceiling; crumbling down
      * Hole in ceiling from water leak
      * Detached smoke detector hanging from the wall
      * Coffee pot was molded!
      * Mini fridge had molded towel in bottom
      * Horrible customer service!

      I recently went on a solo road trip and booked this hotel on September 10, 2020 through the Choice Privileges app. At first glance to my room, it looked like a standard hotel room. Upon actually settling in, I found the room to be absolutely disgusting. In the bathtub, right by the drain there were multiple dead spiders just laying there. The toilet's water was cloudy from sitting stagnant for an extended period of time. The desks and counter spaces were super dusty and I found multiple stains on the pillowcases and sheets. Clearly this hotel does not care about keeping their guests safe especially with COVID-19 because this would not happen if they were actually cleaning the rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE. It is absolutely not worth your money, time, or health. I am completely disgusted with this hotel and the fact that I paid over $100 to stay in this dump.

      Last minute needed a room. They had a space open. Friday afternoon 4:00. $120/night. I'm not going to complain. Couple working counter extremely friendly. Room clean. Bedding nice and clean. Dorrito behind bathroom door-who cares
      In a pinch I'd stay any day

      This hotel is in a great area if you love the downtown Vancouver scene, on the weekends such as bars, as penalties and Georgie's are right across the street within walking distance... however, at check in time the lady let us know that check out time STARTS at 11 so we took that information and figured at least before next check in time we'd be able to stay a little bit longer comfortably and take our time to pack before leaving but our door got knocked on really loud at 11:15-- and it was housekeeping but we figured that if the room isn't available they'll just come back later. Than, the lady opens the door when we're full on in bed and asks if we're staying or leaving, we said we're leaving. If the check in time was before or at 11, I'd prefer the wording not to be confusing and say "starts at 11", because at this point I'm confused why someone literally barged into our room after knocking twice. That's a violation of privacy, had I know we had to be out by 11 we would've gotten up and been out. But lady was waiting nearby until we were gone like we were being evicted or something and made us feel really bad for being just 15 minutes over 11 am. I haven't stayed in many hotels so I'm not great w the check in/check out policy and nobody explained anything correctly to us at check in and left us confused whether we leave at 11 or it starts at 11. I guess next time be more thorough with check in, and preferably not have housekeeping open the door on us. Instead just call our room instead of barging in. Very inappropriate.

      Let me start by saying I reserved this room through a third party application. I did not know which hotel I would be getting. I would like to say, that you get what you pay for, however this place was nowhere near worth the 125.00 I paid.
      The bed was awful, I could feel the springs. The pillows were flat. The TV did not work but, I didn't complain because I just wanted to go to bed and get the night over with. There was a gap under the door that a rodent could easily get through! I balled up a towel and stuffed it by the door! At 2 o'clock in the morning the phone started to ring but there was nobody there. The next time that happened a couple of minutes later, I took it off the hook.

      I was just passing through on my way to Washington. Once I felt rested, I got up and got out! Don't stay here. Spend the 50 bucks more and go elsewhere.

      If I could give this a 0 star I would.
      Do not stay here. Ever.

      I stayed here a few months ago. The bed was disgusting. The staff was incredibly rude. I wasn't allowed to have a friend in my room without the front desk calling me. They threatened to kick me out if I didn't give them more money than I already paid. Wouldn't give me a receipt for 3 days. Coffee pot was unusable.

      Don't stay here. Burn this place down.
