This is our go-to company for anything HVAC! For our rental properties or our home! Andy Hardesty and his crew are skilled, efficient and quick to respond. They are saving our sanity with a fast AC repair during this 90+ degree heat! Their rapid response to our home to diagnose the problem and the thorough answers to my questions are two of the reasons we use EcoFriendly - not to mention the short wait time for the repair to be completed...less than 24 hours?! Came out right away on a hot day when my AC was out. Very friendly and helpful. Explained all of the charges up front and patched me up on the spot.

Actually, we were quite satisfied with the first year's service and called Simanton back for routine furnace service this year. The trouble is they charged $160 MORE the second time around. Also, during the fist service we were told the furnace needed a minor part replaced but it could wait until the next service - it would be "in the file" and followed up. This year they forgot to bring the part, had to come back a second time, and charged us for additional labor to take care of it. No more Simanton. We prefer to give our business to companies who keep their word and show appreciation for customer loyalty.
