Dunkin'

First off rude employees my girlfriend placed an order online and as we said we have a pickup order she then proceeds to be rude and say it literally just came in... may I say in like the worst tone possible!!Then they make us walk inside to pick up the order when I was in my car waiting for it to be picked up at the drive thru! They were swearing about doing more work because in my order I had a Culotta and I was trying to get a refund on it because they said there machine wasn't working so then proceed to be even more rude to me when I got my money back! Would not recommend coming to this Dunkin I've been to better ones and this one is not even close to it!

I just like reading reviews so I'm giving five stars because the only people that have made reviews are assholes with first world problems. As the kids say these days "Karen's"

Why do I always have to pull up and wait when I go through the drive thru? It's a coffee and a sandwich! You you cant put enough people on to work a drive thru properly then dont offer drive thru service. This has happend at least 5 times this month. I'm done.

Worst morning crew ever. 3 days in a row my coffee was made incorrectly. I wont be back, even though its the most convenient location for me, I'll drive out of my way to get my coffee made correctly. First time it came out black, I refused it, second time it was still too dark, counter help said shed remake it, I watched her just dump more coffee out and add more almond milk to the right color. I get all the way to work and it is a plain coffee, not what I ordered...
