Dunkin'

An employee named zack was very helpful and polite. He was there all by himself and was still very quick and gave excellent customer service. The managers should work on the schedule and have more reliable employees like zack so he doesn't have to be there by himself becuase coming from someone who also works in food service, that isn't fair or easy. But creds to zack for holding the place down.

They are ALWAYS out of bagels and donuts. We just went at 10:30AM and they were already out of donuts and only had everything bagels left. This has been the vase every time we have gone there. Whoever is managing ordering for this location is terrible at their job, they are unable to stock anything properly

The staff here needs to be incentivized or trained to do a better job. Whether that requires higher pay, improved systems, or proper training, the owner needs to figure it out. Unfortunately, I think he or she has figured out that people will tolerate the bad attitudes, the slow service, and the burnt croissants because there is always a line at the drive through. Why would he lower his margins to improve customer satisfaction? Better to go to the one in Ravena.

This has to be the best Dunkin Donuts in Coxsackie!

Okay, maybe it's the only one, but service was friendly and efficient. The place was clean and my donut was tasty. Coffee wasn't quite up to par with other Dunkin Donuts I've been too, but also my taste buds were in bad shape the morning I came here, so I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Plus there's a drive thru!

I frequent this dunkin often, I dare say almost daily. It has greatly improved since they got a new manager. My coffee is always fresh and prepared properly. Food comes out warm and not burnt or dry. The staff is friendly and quick. The only downfall would be they are often times out of certain cup sizes, specifically medium and almost always out of all the "good" donuts very early in the day.

Worst service ever!!! They are ALWAYS backed up and ALWAYS messing up the orders. If you know your busy every morning then you should be prepared to have everything set up ready to go. It's always a disaster. Workers are so slow.

If you want a 30 minute wait for your coffee go here the coffee also never tastes right and they are rude

Never get order correct I visit DD on daily basis and this bar far is the the worst one I only go when I have to

Worst donuts ever. Couldn't be fresh. Didn't the name of the different donuts. Once my gift card is done, no more Dunkin.

This is the worst Dunkin I've been to. Constantly messing up my order. Coffee never tastes right and the staff are slow and unfriendly
