I dont know whats going on with Dunkin Donuts in the area recently but I am constantly having to have my drink remade and each time they look at me like im asking them to go to the ends of the earth for me. When I simply just want my order made correctly which I know is possible at this location because it has been done in the past. Even when you ask them to remake it they just pour the drink you sent back into another cup and try to get by correcting it that way. I dont care about the attitude nearly as much as I care about my order being made correctly. I pay for my order not your attitude.

Got my order wrong twice which normally doesn't happen when I come here. Everyone's pretty nice but I don't think they understood what I was saying as far as my order goes.

Now this Dunkin' Donuts is really a hoot. The staff really makes things interesting. Some days, they'll just refuse to unlock the doors so the drive-thru line is ridiculous and when prodded on just that, they said they were understaffed and didn't feel like working the counter. Every time I come here I know to expect either a long wait or incorrect items on my order. If you have time to burn in the mornings this is the place to go.

Over the last 3-5 months, service has declined. They're inconsistent in the time that they open. Today I arrived at 5:30 AM and the store was closed. This has occurred many times.

There is no sense of ordering ahead in the app because most mornings the door is locked so you can't go inside. So you have to wait on the drive thru line. Pretty much defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Find another store to order ahead.

I switched to this Dunkin' from the Capital location because the amount of drama that the Capital store has is absurd and this store seemed much cleaner and more put together. I go every morning between 7-10 just depending on my morning schedule. I get the exact same thing every day and I've never had an issue. Today, for the THIRD day in a row they were out of blueberry muffins, so I asked if they had any muffins at all, and his response was no. No explanation; no I'm sorry, no reason given, just no. My roommate gets a plain bagel with plain cream cheese and we weren't alerted til the window that they were out of plain bagels so he settled for sesame.
As a proud service industry worker, I completely understand that orders and shipping is all kinds of screwed up, but to claim to be a breakfast eatery... and always be out of a breakfast item. I don't understand. On Monday it was "our oven is broken" but Tuesday and Wednesday, no excuse, just no muffins.

TURN OFF MOBILE ORDERING IF YOU ARE GOING TO LOCK THE DOOR. I always order ahead for walk in to grab my coffee, every morning it's locked. Disable mobile ordering and you'll probably have less angry customers.

i would not go here worst service ever. The lady at the drive-through window was extremely rude. she even repeated my order to me and still got it wrong and then was mad when I asked her to put it as light and sweet and she gave extreme attitude.

We came with a group of 11 on a way to a tournament at 5:30 am. Bill could not have been more helpful! He took, made, and distributed all of our donuts coffees and sandwiches with ease and kindness. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Bill!!

Honestly, it's become sad. I'm such a Dunkin' fan and wow this location is awful. I've been going there almost every day since the beginning of Covid. And almost every day it's gotten worse. The poor manager runs around crazy as if nobody helps him. Today I sat in line for 25 minutes and I was the third car in line when I got there... then waited at the order window another 5 minutes before anyone spoke to me. :( I used to love this location, so breaks breaks my heart to see it go downhill.
